Hi I am Archana Mehta from Mumbai I am dietitian curd is the best substitute for milk as it has 2 times more calcium content . As well as spinach, paneer, flax seeds.
Best source of vitamin D is sunlight. Early morning rays are always better. 15 min of exposure is more than enough.
