My wife has a recipe for "I don't want to cook cassarole" Its called a peanut butter and jelly sandwich served on a paper towel. Your version looks a lot better. L.O.L.

lol
LOL
LOL!!!! I'm familiar with that!!! But....I like something hot for my meals...sandwiches are for lunch (but I'm certainly not above having a GOOD sandwich with a cup of coffee for my dinner) You've really given me a good laugh. Show your wife this video. Maybe this meal will be in your future I don't want to cook supper...it would be an improvement don't you think?? TFW and commenting jchap04 God Bless, Linda
jchap04 😂🤣👍
jchap04 Hahaaaaaaaaa ok that cracked me up!😂😂😂😂😂
I'm glad that your channel is dedicated to just plain good old eats. No hard to make sauces etc. I'm just fine with good country gravy.
Thank you Pete! That's what I'm aiming for....just good food, less is more. It doesn't take 20 spices to make a good meal. TFW and commenting!! God Bless, Linda
@Lil' Black Duk LOL!! Glad you enjoyed it God bless!!
That looks so good! I have had more "I dont want to cook days than I like to tell". Thanks Linda!
Ginger....I'll try to give more ideas on what to cook on those days when you just don't want to. TFW and commenting! God Bless, Linda

@@macsmacaroons ,
This looks delicious! The perfect comfort food supper on a cold night!
So funny you made this. I had recently been in the grocery store on a day I didn't feel so good and I thought up this exact same dinner 😊 and my goodness was it delicious. It was probably the easiest meal I had ever made. Lol. I put the leftovers in a freezer bag and popped it in the freezer. Then my son came by a couple of nights ago and I sent the leftovers home with him to have for lunch at work. All he would have to do is thaw it the night before and then just heat it up in the microwave at work. A good hot lunch and a warm feeling of love from Mom. It's what a son needs! 😊❤️
Laughing my dinners are called "fend for yourself". Kitchen closed 💫
Lol! Now you have something you can just throw together...then let them fend for themselves when the beeper goes off!!! TFW and commenting God Bless Linda
Our favorite dinners are "leftover surprise."
@@pjaccountname Our leftovers are called "Freezer's Choice".
@@lannalane4247 Lol.
I know so many families that have "Fend for Yourself" days but my kids always acted like I was (a) joking and (b) cruel beyond belief when I tried that. LOL
Heck, it took me almost 2 decades to convince them that sandwiches are a valid choice for dinner. I think they would like Linda's idea better. hahaha!
Lookin at your meals tells me you may just live close to me. New Orleans born n raised - in Covington for last 28yrs. 75 yrs old. Hugs
I'm in Alabama....not far!TFW God Bless Linda
I enjoy listening to you talk. Very comforting.

Oh, I know how it is to love cheese. I always add extra!! LOL!!!!
Kimberly, thank you for such a lovely compliment! I try to be family oriented and it's good to know you're appreciated!! TWF and commenting. Enjoy the casserole God Bless, Linda
I'm working on our grocery pick up order - guess what I just added. You got it! All the goodies for this casserole! Yum! Blessings all!!!! 🌺🌺
I really enjoy this easy dish and hope you do too Susan!! TFW God bless!
All my dinners are of the "I Don't Wanna Cook" and I've put them in a homemade cookbook for my husband and me. He doesn't want to cook either, haha. The only thing is we watch our saturated fat and a lot of the easy ingredients are high in that.
What a great, quick and easy Casserole Linda!!
Thank you Ellen! I hope you try it and enjoy it! TFW and commenting. God Bless, Linda
Dear Linda, thank you for your time in making these wonderful videos. I am bed ridden, i find you so very entertaining, may God Bless You. Please continue to do this, even though i am unable to eat or cook, i thouroughly enjoy thé fun you have in making the recipes, your kindness and love for doing things for others shows right thru thé screen!!
Ron, I am so sorry you're too ill to eat or cook. It makes me happy to know these videos give you enjoyment and you thought enough of them to take the time to tell me. I hope they will continue to brighten your day. I hope to hear from you again. Thanks for watching and commenting. God Bless, Linda
Frozen foods and jarred sauces can be combined in so many ways to provide quick and simple meals. Frozen breaded chicken patty, a slice of provolone cheese and jarred sauce come together as he easiest chicken parmesan that is still pretty good.
Awesome! So easy and beats the can!
i've done the very same thing with the ravioli., next time, i'll add the meat balls, great idea!! it looks real good too. I have used medium shell macaroni too and penne' pasta as well. I have even added grated mozzarella cheese on top. pasta is so versatile! :)
Hi Sharon, you can add anything you want but the main idea behind this easy dish is NOT to do any work in the kitchen. This can be as fancy as you want it to be. It just depends on how much time you want to spend getting it all together. TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
That looks SO good! A lot better than the left-overs I'm having for dinner! And just about as easy.
So easy ...especially when you've had a bad day and you're tired so enjoy!! TFW God Bless Nick...good to hear from you!! Hope all is well in Ca.!!
This actually looks really good. What a great idea.
Thank you Shirley..it IS good but would be better with some sliced peppers and onions between the layers but then, we're talking simple right...don't want to cook night so I kept it simple. TFW God Bless, Linda
yeah we all have those days once in a while, this is an easy to make recipe, and it looks oh so good!!!
You two are adorable.. it's just peaceful to be hanging out with yall
Thank you Melissa! I hope you enjoy this carefree meal! TFW God Bless, Linda
Looks awesome!!!!
Looks so good!
I like it, Linda! Gonna give this one a whirl.
Hi Bob, this is one of my favorite easy meals...we all have some bad days!! TFW God Bless, Linda
Linda, bad day or good, this easy meal looks a treat! Bless you in return.
It's a cold day today, and this looks delicious for a nice dinner on a cold day. Thanks.
Every week I make this no meal for me husband. Just boxed stuffing mix made in micro wave canned chicken and a jar of gravy. Gets two dinners and a lunch once in a while will throw in some canned taters. Easy peasy .
Oh we’re having this tomorrow for dinner. Thanks!
Looks delish, I am going to fix it tomorrow for super, love watching your video s...♥️
Thank you! It IS good and easy! I hope you all enjoy it. TFW God Bless, Linda
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I found I can use it to make the refrigerated ravioli/pasta from the grocery store, example Rana Brand. I do everything the same but just cook it 30 minutes, straight from the bag. I like to add a little cottage cheese to mine too. Hugs and again thank you for your your recipe born of a bad/exhausted day! 😉
Love it!!!
Glad I was raised by an Italian mother and 4 Italian sisters.
They made this dish, but all from scratch. Even the pasta.
I never knew it existed until I prepared it....I was raised in my Italian family but was never served this or anything close to it. I did eat a lot of from scratch sauce and peppers. I wish this had been made from scratch. Thanks for the story Joe! TFW God Bless, Linda
I've made this very dish in the crockpot before, it turned out very good
So, Adrianne... how long did you cook and what temp did you use in the crock pot?
marshafisch I really don't remember lol but I cooked it on high and it was probably 2-3 hours...I just eyeballed it to make sure the meatballs were fully done
I just made this tonight. My teen loved it! Thank you for the simple but good tasting casserol! I really like what you are doing, thank you and keep it up!
Thank you Andy. I try to aim my recipes for busy people, who still need to eat. TFW God Bless, Linda

Hi kathy, you can add anything you want to dress this up, onions, cheese, pepperoni, spices....but....if you've had a bad day, just throw it all together and bake! TFW God Bless, Linda
Linda, thanks for a bright idea for one of my I don't want to cook days. After being happily married for 53 years and counting, I have a few days like that. Praise God he gave me a very easy to please man. Oh Sam said he didn't have a joke last video but said he would have one this time. Ok Sam I'm waiting..... Blessings Carol

Hi Andrea, I know exactly how you feel at the end of a work day! This should help you out so you can get off your feet and relax for a while. Thank you for the lovely compliment! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
That does look goo-ood! Make it ahead and have some in the freezer... and it could be re-heated when you need it. Thank you!
Oh my... it will have to be a after April 13th 2019 before I can try this recipe. I gotta keep my weight down for my son's upcoming wedding. This looks absolutely delish! You are an amazing cook... even when you are cutting corners! Just AMAZING!
Thank you so much Marsha for your kind comment. I hope you'll stay and browse awhile and find many other recipes you'd like to try. TFW God Bless, Linda

LOL! .....and it tastes good too!! TFW God Bless, Linda
Hi Linda, I' spending hours watching your previous videos. I am legally blind and really appreciate yourslow and precise explanation of what you are doing. I very seldom have the exact ingredients for a recipe, so I am the queen of "make-do." You are so blessed to have Sammy and his willingness to praise the cook. I also have a wonderful husband who helps mea lot. My computer audio reader will not always locate the "Like" button for me.
Thank you for watching and enjoying my channel! I've been the queen of "make-do" for many years. Thank you for taking the time to let me know a little about yourself! God Bless you Mary Ellen, Linda
Hey Linda, have made this 2Xs and love it. Do like the spinach. Next time plan on broccoli, yum 😋 . So easy n no one has to know how easy to throw together. Thanks so much. Going through ur other videos to try. Hugs
Hi eb, I'm so glad you like this and you're so right...no one needs to know, LOL! TFW God Bless, Linda
Sam just kills me with that southern draw lol. Y'all are as country as cornbread and that's a complement from where I'm at. Keep on cooking and I will keep on watching. 😊
Thank you for the compliment. I appreciate it and so glad you like the recipes!! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
I’m a mother of 4 👩👩👧👦an yes someone straight to the point.quick an easy 👍🏻 great video.👩🍳✅🌾🌾🌾❤️u go 👧 girl
Most of my recipes are for easy, tasty recipes for hard working families. I hope you'll enjoy some of them for your family. TFW God Bless, Linda
That looks delicious 👍👍
Karen, to be so simple, it IS good but you may add anything your heart desires. TFW God Bless, Linda
THAT looks delicious! GREAT recipe. We often do baked ravioli here in Malta, but I love the addition of meatballs!
BTW - RUclips has ALREADY taken the annotations away from ME at least! So, I use Windows Movie Maker to put together my videos, and I can do them on there. And much easier than RUclips's way too!
If I use Windows Movie Maker it will separate the stored videos I've already made from the ones I make with Movie Maker AND I'm not familiar with that program & not sure I could utilize it like I'd want to. I'm not very savvy when it comes to the computer...just the basics. I'd like to take a class, if I could find one.
You can save the videos you make on Movie Maker anywhere you want! Even with the ones you've already made. Trust me - it is a VERY easy programme, and very quick! I'm no computer whiz either, but I can do it on that programme!
Exactly what is the advantage? I'm afraid, I'm very afraid.....
LOL! Don't be! It's easy!
Anything you record on, save to your computer, or even right from your devise, you can "send to" Movie Maker. Your program will open, with that clip. You can add more segments with one click. Pick your segment, and boom it's the next one. You can delete segments, move them around, add titles, captions, opening/closing credits, and SO MANY special effects.
I suggest you fiddle around with it, and you'll see how easy it is. I find it easier than RUclips's way.
Now you're really scaring me!!
Looks good.
That a version of lasagne and I have made something like that for my family and they loved it with my canned up garden veg that I put up during the summer.😍👍😄
Simple,quick,yummy meal,that looks lke you've slaved over a stove all day.Thanks for sharing,Blessings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just ran across your channel this morning and am please to say will be a proud subscriber😊 you and your husband are awesome. Thanks for the great recipes.
Thank you so much Lori and welcome to my channel. I hope you find many recipes you'll want to try and enjoy! TFW God Bless, Linda
Hi Linda, such a nice and quick cassarole. Adding spinach, kale, or squash would be yummy! Thanks for sharing and God bless!
Thank you Dee Dee...enjoy and TFW and commenting God Bless Linda
Thank You for the recipe - looks GREAT ❤️👍😀
You're welcome Mary! I hope you enjoy it. God Bless, TFW Linda
Yum Linda. I Love Italian and I know this is Delicious. Great Easy One Meal Casserole. My Favorite Kind. Another Hit....right out of the Ballpark. God Bless You and Sam too.
Thank you very much Shelley. I love this easy casserole on "those days"...and anytime! TFW God Bless Linda
OMG she's so cute! And so is her hubby
Thank you Tracey! Try this meal...it's really good for those days when you just don't want to do any "real" cooking. TFW God Bless, Linda
A very good idea, and a good combination. Nice one. I think YTube are kowtowing to the advertisers, they frankly don't give a tinker's tuck what you think & they could care even less about what me as a user thinks. Sad but true!
Yep...I agree. BTW, I meant to mention to you I have a follower on facebook that uses your exact same picture with a different name. Is this really a picture of you????
Yes it's me, I didn't realise my Fbook was different. This is my initials S M , & the start of my surname SWEEN. It was created because FBk were insisting on too much info I didn't want to give up. I refuse to put bank info into any publicly accessed site.
Very interesting
It works and is a good easy meal. TFW God bless, Linda
My kind of meal, Linda! This is a dish that looks like you spent a lot more time making it...but you didn't...and it was easy...and only one pan to clean up...and it was easy...anyone would like this dish...and it was easy!!! Thanks!! Cindi (LOVE easy meals!)
Cindi, You honestly will like this meal. This is very basic for those days you don't want to cook....but you can go beyond the basics and it becomes a really good meal. TFW and commenting, Enjoy!!! God Bless, Linda
Awesome idea! Thanks Linda!
Thank you Sherry! I hope you try and enjoy it!! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
Yummy❤️
Keep some chopped onions and peppers in the freezer too for those days you don't want to cook. 😆
This sounds good. I will have to try it out and see what my husband thinks. I think I might try throwing it into the Crock-Pot on a day when I have alot going on and then it will be ready when we are.
Hi Donna, A crockpot will work just fine and you could throw in some mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, spinach and Italian seasoning!! TFW and commenting. God Bless, Linda
I have some frozen tortellini I need to use up. this will be a good way to use it up. I might just even add some frozen ravioli if there isn't enough of the, tortellini to go in the dish. Great idea for a fast dinner!!
Thank you Robert! We enjoyed it. TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
Just subscribed to ur channel!^^* Great idea and it is a good one for when u don't feel like cooking. Done something like this before and any shortcuts to cooking are great.
Hi Mercury and welcome to my channel. I appreciate the sub! You'll enjoy this casserole it's so easy and fast and a whole lot better than and pb & j sandwich, lol!! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
It looks delicious Linda 😍 And very easy. I will have to check if they have these frozen items here. Hope you are keeping well my friend. Love & friendship, Allan ❤
Hi Allan. I hope you're doing well and having lots of fun to balance out those hectic work days!!! This is very basic. You can add many other things to make it a superior meal. You'd have to use a bigger casserole dish...but....for those days when you don't want any fuss...this is perfect. Everything is fine here & thanks for asking!! I hope you have the frozen ingredients to try this recipe. You take care, God Bless Love & friendship, Linda
you hit the jackpot kid!!! thank you
Thank you Patricia!!! I hope you and the family will enjoy it!! TFW and commenting. God Bless, Linda
That's pretty good and quick. I do a similar recipe with Parmesan and shredded mozzarella but just ravioli. Will add meatballs next time.
I know you'll like the addition of meatballs as a meat in this dish. I hope you try and enjoy it. TFW and taking the time to comment. God Bless, Linda
Looks good Linda! I will try it out! But I'm not a fan of frozen meatballs so I'll make my own. I'm Italian American, so I've got meatballs DOWN! LOL! Thanks for sharing!
I'm Italian American also and I've eaten many a great homemade meatballs BUT...I don't want to take the time as I have gotten older...the homemade sauce has also gone by the wayside...I'm so ashamed!! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
Hands That Cook Hey, I keep a couple of jars of Classico tomato sauce in the pantry for those occasions. I can fix it up a little. You can always make a bunch of these smaller meatballs and freeze them on a tray and then vacuum seal them for future use. It works well!
Ted
I've thought about that (freezing) my Aunt Fran made the best meatballs I've ever eaten. They were about the size of a base ball...you really didn't want more than 2, lol. Thanks for the suggestion. Linda
Hands That Cook I make mine around golf ball size. I scoop them with a cookie scoop so they are all equal. I fry mine too, in the same oil I used the time before, cleaned and refrigerated of course. There's a lot of flavor in that thar oil! I learned years ago how to cook my gravy in the oven with sausages and meatballs. No stirring, no burning, no hassles.
I wonder what would happen if you used a slow cooker?
Linda, looks delightful but a complete turnoff when you used that sawdust Parmesan cheese! Try the fresh shaved kind next time!
Thank you for sharing, can’t wait to try this. I’m going to put mozzarella in also and of course spinach.
Hi Sandy, I hope you and your family enjoy it. Your additions sound good! TFW God Bless, Linda
Walmart has frozen chopped bell peppers and onions in a bag in the freezer section
Hi Marlean, I've used Walmart's frozen onions and peppers before and they're so good in a pinch, but being honest I found the onions without much taste and the bell peppers never got soft enough...I don't know why. I'll still buy them on occasion since I do "run out" of the fresh. TFW God Bless, Linda
Gonna do the meatballs and then make subs and top with shredded mozzarella. I have a favorite also... it's called yo yo night! Your On Your Own! We have that meal at least once a week! This looks good with the ravioli too.
Thank you Judith. I appreciate it!!! TFW God Bless, Linda
Looks amazing! Thank you
This really is very good. I hope you try and enjoy it!! TFW God Bless, Linda
I am so happy that I found your channel. I love this recipe, did you get the appetizer size meatballs or the full size. I am like you, I love cheese and try to change up how I make things. This will be great for those days that are crazy or just don't want to cook. I have a friend that been looking for something to make to give her a break, she is taking care of her sick grandmother.
These are the smaller ones but the larger ones will work..just use a deeper pan. Another good thing to use if you don't want to spend much time cooking is a pressure cooker. I have a lot of pressure cook recipes on my channel.
TFW and God Bless!!! Welcome to my channel!!!! Linda
what kind of ravioli did you use
I've used round and square ravioli. They sell different fillings and the choice is yours. The brand name doesn't matter at all. TFW !! I hope this helps. God Bless, Linda
What a great idea
Thank you Diane, I hope you try it and enjoy it! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
I just tried the frozen ravioli and is good. Ill try this recipe.
I hope you like it...we have it about once a month...you may have to add a some water to the second half of the sauce to get a good coverage. TFW God Bless, Linda
I wouldn't ever fix anything like this, because I shy away from any kind of pre-cooked food when I grocery shop. About the only pre-cooked anything I buy is Rhodes frozen bread and bake it myself in a cast iron bread pan. My Safeway store recently underwent a face lift and added 3000 new products and most of them are pre-cooked, to be heated in the micro wave. Now I hate to shop there. We have become a society of fast food consumers and I for one do not like fast food. One time I bought frozen meatballs and to me they tasted nasty. Lets get back to cooking from scratch.
I'm off to the market
Hi Pete!!! Enjoy!!! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda
Hey Linda~I see you're from Alabama? What part?I am too...I'm from North West Alabama.
I'm from Central Alabama, not far from the Georgia line.
Is there some way I can print out the recipe?
highlight the words you want to print...place your curser on top of the highlighted words and right click...a box will open, just choose print from your choices. I hope this helps!!! God Bless, Linda
Just wanted to let you know this is the 2nd recipe of yours I tried and I love it. Ate it for two days (leftovers taste even better the next day) and on the 3rd day, had just a little bit left so chopped it up, added it to some canned tomato soup, milk, pesto and had another night's dinner. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes! 🌺🌺
Thank you Jojo I appreciate the compliment and hope you'll continue to watch and try other recipes!! TFW and commenting! God Bless, Linda

As usual .. great vid! Now for the best part .. YOU made my day! So simple and perfect for those days that totally suck when you have to think about cooking dinner! LOL - now my problem is if my husband will get sick of ravioli 3/4 times a week. TYFS
Hugs, Love and Blessings come'n for you and Sam.
LOL Roxy!! The first few times you have it (in one week) will probably be good....after that it's Katie bar the door...he's gonna run you out of the house, lol TFW God Bless, Linda
This is just that I like to make! New sub!
