Damon: breathes
Remi: "Yeah. Yeah, yeah..."
Damon getting sad hurts me 🚬😔
Damon albarn’s “s” sounds reaches a pitch so high that it shatters the fabric of reality
i cant unhear this now
Finally somebody else noticed. It’s like a whistle.
How did I just notice that
like a little bird in there
things about not having a tooth
Him crying over Tony Allen is so heartbreaking.
Damon is the most sincere human on international music arena.Nobody's like him....He's so honest and open....I'm amazed
05:04 💔
Lol Damon keeps whistling whenever he speaks
Awe this was a lovely interview! Remi and Damon are such interesting people.😊
❤️❤️
two great creators and seems like they have a lovely friendship! looking forward to season two:)
Possibly the best interview with Damon I've seen. Genius to bring in Remi.
In the top ten of personal memories is standing next to Remi at the barrier, Gorillaz Brooklyn 2018. He was so proud and happy. Best concert I’ve ever experienced
That gig was pretty solid. I saw Gorillaz at the Garden too during the Plastic Beach tour October 2010 and that is in my top 5 best concerts all time.
What a beautiful old grumpy man
Damon is so precious. 🥺 so human!
Aries and Dead Butterflies are the best tracks for me 😁
They both seem so sweet, lovely, interesting. Really enjoyed listening to them
Aw my feelings when he said it makes him sad to think of Tony ;((
really interesting about the pink phantom. now i know where the lyric ‘in a sky made of diamonds..’ came from!
The most amazing thing about Song Machine is that even though the tracks were made to be singles in their own right, it still flows just perfectly as a full LP
I read the title like "Now now you know" and I was like "Wow, what a quaint little topical pun".
Damon is so cuteee
His sibilants are soooo amazing!
He lost a tooth, it's normal.
@@djpinguin8775 yep
8:11 "He thought of cars "
damon is such a dilf
i cant
Love these two.
Love these guys
Wow Damon is speaking in whistles 🥴
He has done it throughout his whole career… In interviews from the nineties and even in some of his singing he has it… maybe softer but it has always been there
Props to Remi for being able to voice Russel when his usual voice is this high and English
Phink Phantom was so good man, my favourite with PacMan
love u damon
once you hear the whistling S sounds from Damon, you can't unhear it :(
They should use a de esser on damon albarns voice, the sibilance is out of control
Ironically, that’s what they use on his voice to make 2-D’s voice. It dumbs down the T and S sounds a bit.
looooove this
te amo damon
Todos amamos
More!
Yes, yes I do
Legends
YES
Where's the interview with my boy Jamie??
As drummers go , I recommend Steve Jansen , Manu Katche and Jaki Leibzeit
For someone as creative as Rémi he doesn’t half talk rubbish 😂whereas Damon has a real way with words
WE NEED MORE RISE OF THE OGRE !!!
a movie/series is supposed to come out this year
But knowing what happened in 2010 id not get excited yet
GORILAAAAAAAAZ
This must have been before the blender incident hehe poor damon always hurtin himself
What was the blender incident ? Why are people saying he's hurting himself?
@@niftyskates85 he just accidentally hurt his finger in a blender when making christmas dinner for his family
Albarn sounds like Peter Cook here.
omg
This stranger sounds like 2-D sings its soo weird, does 2-d Know him?
I think theyre cousins
Not a stranger actually. Damon can be heard on the track Double Bass. Murdoc also stole Damon's demos to make the plastic beach album.
He keeps hurting himself he needs a babysitter
Lol what you mean ?
he just injured his finger last week too 😔
What a great Band and oh btw, 1st!
oh i thought this said the now now
Jesus damon let the man speak
LOL
Hi.
Shouldn't Remi officially be the 3rd Gorillaz member?
He is, Though he was there from day 1. And I mean since the creation of Gorillaz
@@smithydavis1033 oh fr?
@@kultw1837 Yeah He's the voice of Russel
He does look like the son of Kevin Ayers.

i thought they were cartoons
They are, in a way
49th
Too bad it's from Amazon music so no one sees this
These guys aren't Gorillaz
Wym?
@@apeiceofbread8682 Gorillaz are 2D, Murdoc, Russel and Noodle
@@mynameisjongreen I know they a fictional but Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett are the real creators of it.
They are *
@@apeiceofbread8682 I know but my point still stands. I remember a time when Gorillaz was 2D, Murdoc, Russel and Noodle. Damon, Jamie and others kept to the background and had actors go out and do interviews for them as the characters of the band. It's what made the whole concept interesting in the first place, it was kind of genius. The new music is pretty decent (better that the last couple of shoddy albums) but they've strayed so far from their original idea, I don't know what the point of the virtual band is anymore. I wish Damon had just released the music under his own name from Plastic Beach onwards. It seems to me that Gorillaz has an identity crisis.
I really didnt like this album :( the first few songs showcased were great but the rest were disappointing for me
