That's why you have to correlate their tenure and pay along with the certs. If they've been with their current company for 5+ years and make $225k/year, you'll know they're the real deal.

You really need to know the Well Architected Framework. It's the foundation of AWS and will come up multiple times during any exam.

I'm going to watch this in hopes of pushing myself to work towards these... I've been an engineer for Amazon for the last 8 years and have done my best to stay away from the AWS side of the house. Last time I tried working on an AWS cert it just felt like they were trying to make me a salesman for the product and it annoyed me. That being said, time to get into this video.

I think the AWS ones are a bit easier, but I've never tried them though.
