These are spring onions or scallions. Shallots are a small round or cylindrical onion used widely in Asian cuisine. They have layers of papery skin like a regular onion with a milder, sweeter flavour. They are often a purple colour as well.

老實說,香葱買回來很快就变坏了,除非馬上用掉,否則每次都是要棄掉,十分苦腦
冷凍後拿出來使用要趕快丟回冷凍,不然會凝結水珠,重複幾次就很難取,最好是小份包裝薄薄一層就很好用。同理,薑泥,蒜泥也是薄薄一片密封包裝冷凍折碎或切下來都很方便使用,不要一次冰一大包,厚厚的切也切不斷解凍再冷凍再解凍這樣反覆影響鮮度和品質。
覺得冰箱冷凍庫都太小了好多東西要冰😂

因為太大包 , 長時間下來 你勢必會開取它很多次,
那水氣 只會愈積愈多 , 最後只會結成更多更大的雪塊..
由於多次被外界空氣入侵, 然後就會突然發現
前幾天取用時 大半就都還OK, 現在怎麼 今突然整包幾乎全爛掉了..
爛掉 就是那種 很黑的濕綠色, 不再是之前剛弄好正常的乾綠色...
