I don't understand the hate with this video. I thought the variations were creative. As for the classic recipe, almost all videos I see do the exact same thing. Even Gordan Ramsey uses an egg. It bugs me because you're hating on someone's take on a recipe. You clicked on a co-tasty channel after all.

I’ve tried a keto version that’s made with mozzarella and egg. It’s very quick and easy but also very salty but I mean most keto recipes are so it might be worth a try
You can use almond, coconut or another flour, but it's probably not gonna be as airy. 100g of white potatos has 13-18g of carbs, maybe try roasting the potatos to remove excess liquid, thus needing less flour, and do a half potato half cauliflower mash. Not sure if it will work but it's worth a try
Has any one tried making gnocci and instead of flour, they used chocolate powder??? Makes a yummy desert. Like tiny chocolate puddings. Especially nice with custard.

I guess you will need to add more broccoli than in recipe because I think cauliflower is a bit thicker than broccoli. I don't know if that made sense but English is not my main language and I haven't learnt that much about cooking related vocabulary.
Alma Najem gnocchi is more like a small potato dumpling than pasta persay but its served like pasta its very common in northern Italy the closest thing to gnocchi in my opinion is polish pierogi
Yuval Ullman YES lowkey grossed me out seeing egg in it but when you arent using potatoes you need something to bind it all together so I excused the egg
@@jessnovak2113 The Polish have something much more similar to gnocchi than pierogi and that's kopytka. We also have kluski śląskie, pyzy and knedle. They're all potato dumplings.
This looks like it was ripped from tasty because of the music cinematography and equipment or made by a spiteful former staffmember because Tasty doesn't have a gnocchi 4 ways video

When you're making gnocchi you want to avoid using too much flour and avoid overworking the dough. You want dry potatoes as much as possible.
