The other thing that made me sad is that these things don't have headphone jacks, for privacy issues. It did come with a 2nd controller(mini USB) though, so both kids can play on the big tv :)
Does the 3.5mm socket not output audio on the L/R channels? I had thought that simply plugging standard headphones into that jack should provide sound, like our old movie cameras in the late 90s. At one point in time, I think our little portable DVD player with the 5 inch screen had the same output and I used to plug headphones into it. I may be mistaken.

That kind of optimization is something that got me impressed.
the thing with the modded gameboy is i would just end up buying a genuine ds at that point, which would likely last longer and can play the same games
Scratches mean "history"! This is what we're looking forward.
That is so gross 🤮 😂 the plastic even looks off
in think in the GameBox you should to put a sd card into the slot and put you roms yourself, but i'm not sure in your version have this slot....
Nintendo. Please don’t. Sue. Me
Been an Aliexpress day for me today, couple of them 8 bit players for grandkids, a selection of Mechanic's tweezers (abs awesome for watchmaking), some glow in the dark vape bands and ecig glasses, a solid link gold jubilee for a 1980's Pulsar but star of the show didn't arrive that being the Pagani Design orange dialled "Doxa" 300m diver watch which is arriving tomorrow :( Oh and some now hard to get 26650 cells, def recommend them Mechanic brand tweezers, think Phil the Cod3r uses 'em :) Am kinda stalled watchmaking as waiting on a handsetter kit for my square NH34 powered Bell & Ross "instrument" homage and my 4R35 Tuna rehand with genny and quite expensive "fishbone" custom hands in vibrant neon green. The Doxa is NH38 powered which means I will now have the full set of NH and 4R powered Seiko's although the skeletonised one is in my bronze Tandorio without a cutaway dial...
Oh and forgot to mention the £45 AMD RX580 8gb... pretty decent and seems a lot pokier than my RX570 which I have caned for many years and just worn out, kicked meself not buying the 590 for a few quid more but hey ho, its good enuff for Forza etc :D
I did a video on one like the red one a couple weeks ago, it had an actual SP charger tho lol and came with a fake game cart
Nintendo: "I'm about to end this man's whole career."
Fun knockoffs and weird installed games are always a treat with the cheap stuff. I've seen the Gamebox one before years ago. It's not a bad clone but the aspect ratio and lack of backwards compatibility can be a turn off for some. Never seen one in person so can't personally comment.
The reshelled real one I might need to check out. I've modded/rehoused two AGS101s myself years ago so would be nice to compare and see if the screen is anything like.
They wont elliot they love you mate for helping them sell rare consoles
The first one is nothing more than one of those GBA's that you can buy as a gift to someone but yes that D-Pad is terrible, I have noticed that the second one is nothing more than a GBA SP Shell with custom firmware to show EXEQ GameBox, the last one is legit GBA SP IPS that looks damn awesome
The last one probably doesn't have the right resolution and so it looks all blurry and so you should only be modding the front lit SPs.
AHHHHHH I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR ANOTHER ONE OF THESE!
500K subs later and this man still doesn't point the screen to the camera got damn
Cheeseburgers go well with fries
When you said pounds, I thought you meant “lbs” and was absolutely dumbfounded when you said you had a gameboy that was 50lbs. Then you elaborated when you said 100 and it made more sense😂
I feel like there's a title that is both more descriptive and more appealing to potential viewers
Elliot we’re going to have to start getting a wrist watch check at the start of videos
Imitation Gameboy advance SP unit
(Knockback Version of Gameboy advance SP)

lol
