after watching your vid, yesterday, i resolved to sleep early & wake up at 5:00 am, and rn its 5am hehe i managed to wake up but its cause i got some nightmares 😂 but im glad i did, and since its a routine im not used to, i planned not to push myself sh, so what i did rn is just reading books & watch your vids when my concentration in reading starts to waver & read again & watch again 😂 i'll try to add more things i can do from 5am that helps me towards my goal lil by lil, day by day 😊 wish me luck! also tysm for making me inspired!
The river is indeed beautiful with its gentle and calming flow 😊 However, lakes and seas also have their own distinct beauties! I don’t think I’d be able to pick which one I like the most 🥺 I’d also love to visit Canada sometime 🌼🌼

I absolutely LOVE cleaning and I work at a low waste store! One of my favorite tips for reusable unpaper towels and napkins is a tiny laundry basket nearby to toss it into along with other towels! Eliminates SO MUCH paper waste and creates a very easy routine!

I love cities with rivers. Just the vibes rivers give is something different than lake or sea. Wish we had more of these in Canada (Ontario).
