Good moves!! Yes always skin the block and brick for a nice clean pile with little separation. Seperate material as u go always. I am a huge fan of the grapple bucket, tore down a couple of big buildings with concrete and rebar with a 210 and grapple. It can get in some tight places. Pretty handy attatchment plus you don't have to worry to much about the hydrolic thumb hoses. Nothing like a nice clean and organized job site. Great video!
Part of the land will be used for a new street connecting to the street grid across the road. The rest will eventually be mixed-use development to match what is across the road.
I was waiting on seeing that huge section of wall at the start of the video coming down but, you edited it out. Same as other sections. Good video though.
@@JohnZWetmore Cool. I remember seeing an article once where `Experts` couldn`t understand why people have a fascination to watching buildings being raised to the ground, it seems we all have this. I just find it a fun way to watch it all. I`m sure you do too. Again thank you for posting it my friend. More power to your elbow.
To squeeze a full day of demolition into a couple of hours, you have to skip a lot. Much of what is left out is sorting out materials for recycling, and other particularly slow parts of the process.
Even though I'm an armchair operator, this guy is the worst! He makes a big deal trying to fold up trusses, grabbing and missing beams uses the two slowest operating systems on the excavator.
Exactly how I feel when I go to the dealership and they want to rip me off. Good job excavator you show em!! Get rid of the salesman’s lair 😂💪🏼
This operator is really good at demolition. Interesting 2+ hrs. Enjoyed it.

Thanks. Glad you liked it.
Are they going to build a new dealership or is something else going to be built there?

They very slowly nibbled at it. The other walls coming down were much better.

360 is a bad ass excavator!
You know you are a middle aged dad when excavators excite you!
them rsj s seemed like corragated iron in the video but i know their not.
Good Job, thanks!
Why you're always skipping?

way to much advertising had to stop watching after 5 minutes ..good camera work
over priced car dealers going out of business now you buy cars sight unseen or driven mmok
if they let vandals in ther would be no metal to sort out either.
Adictive and you can pause it to go to the bathroom or get popcorn.
