I learned about Slim Chickens in Fayetteville, AR back in the early 2000's when I was living there and the franchise was first starting. Their tenders grew on me very quickly. I'm in NC now and haven't paid attention in over a decade and a half. Just went to their website and find myself very surprised at how far they've expanded in the 21 years since that first spot on College Ave. Going to have to drive to one near me and see if the tenders are as good as I remember.

I live in Fayetteville, Arkansas where Slim Chickens first opened. I love the grilled tenders tossed in sauce. They are delicious! I also love they make all the sauces themselves!

@wilydutch ya I didn’t admit for a year we broke up because jp forced me not tell anyone, he refused to even tell his family while I told the truth to my family. Sorry I couldn’t speak up as I was forced to pretend which I will never do again. As for the next court date... it’s not scheduled, things are going well, we’re still waiting for the appropriate discovery to be provided by jp so we can split the assets 50/50. But it’s held up because he is hiding lots of stuff. It’s super unfortunate as this could have all been done and over with.
I've been to a Slim Chickens about 3 times now and their sauces just seemed watered down to me. The third time I went I got it to go and made my own buffalo with a Franks Red Hot as a base and it was way better. They do have very good tenders but the sauce needs work.
