As you know I've am in the middle of a meltdown. Had another explosive argument with people helping me. I did NOT harm myself again. I took my anger and got in my truck and went for a nature walk. To my favorite place. But i decided to go to the saylor park end check out amaricas first Portland cement furnaces there. Went passed the now fiolage covered rock faces down the ironton railtrail then went off the paved trail and followed the orignal RR tracks were. I got to the tressel and forgot the surprise. I checked that out. and after triple guessing my self i decided to go down a steep hill for better camera shots and the ground gave out. I slid about 20ft and was able to grab a tree root. I hung there by 1 hand a made a knee and foot hold by frantically kicking and kneeing the hillside. I had another 20 or so ft to fall before level ground. My camera cut off when i fell it was on a wrist string. I recorded my self rescue on it after i stopped falling but it's on another device i can't transfer from now. I could record it with my phone from the camera display i might do that. As a preview short. Yeahci will. But It scared the hell out of me. Talk about life flashing before your eyes. My doctor were mad when i went to check my medical add-on and stitches didn't come out. I need to slow down.

Hey i made a short and just posted it. It for this channel. (Mental Amanda) look for be positive. It's a 15sec clip but from the heart. It's 1130 now I am leaving for a hike.
These three young moslem ladies are phenomenal, in a such young age (20-21) they had tour in Europe 2021 last year and will play at Wacken open air 2022 a big world metal festival in Germany. They breaking the stereotype, their songs has a strong message from gender equality, women empowerment, freedom of expression, intolerance, peace and humanity. Very critical lyrics. The metal band that world need today as the Western media said. Anyway thank you for your reaction and opinion. Thank you Amanda for making a reaction video for this band. I too had just followed their journey, and I was really impressed with them. They were born and raised with many limitations and a conservative environment, but that did not stop the band from doing what they wanted. I really hope that this band can get more attention because they deserve it.

Its important to note that them playing music and especially this type of music is not only not okay in their culture but actively repressed. Even male metal performers are repressed in Islamic culture. Check out the story of Acrusicada, there was a documentary about them about 10 years ago about them basically be chased out of Iraq

Good messeage on this song but I thought the guitar was great, the drummer sounded brilliant but that bass at one point, anytime I hear the bass come to the fore I always think Red Hit Chili Peppers or Rage Against The Machine.

RATM to me have always sounded heavier but they both do a terrific job of bringing the spotlight to an instrument that is always more commonly in the backgroung or can't be heard due to being drowned out by the guitars. Amanda, it is depressing to know that some people are held back from developing their full potential because of Islam, Christianity or just plain ignorance. On the brighter side, I've found that true rarity - a mentally healing video! You have reacted to Lara Fabian singing the tragic "Je Suis Malade" but two years later at a concert in Paris she sang a song she wrote entitled "Je t'aime". It had been a rough couple of years for her both personally and professionally, including occasional thoughts of suicide. Her fans (6000 to 8000 or so) knew this and wanted to express their love for her. She later said it was this moment, this song, that made her realize that life was worth living. if i can recommend songs for you to check out id like to. these songs are all on the same playlist that sort of help me with my breakdowns and help me like now when im at rock bottom.
Moth by HELLYEAH is still one of the best songs that i've ever listened to and it really helped my recognize that i was in a bad place and it my "happy" place song. it helps with my anxiety and panic attacks. had my first major breakthough after crying and breaking down while listening to it.
Take the Pain Away by ALESTI this song really helped me realize i was in a toxic relastionship and it gave me some strength to move away from it.
Carry on by Falling In Reverse its about a band member who passed away but for me it was about letting go of the old me so i could find the me i wanted to be. its the third song because its less heavy metal and helpes with the cooldown? i guess those first two really help me get through whats eating me up and this one starts the calming for me. im sorry i cant explain better but im tearing up typing this because fo the song.
Talking to Myself by Sleeping With Sirens is the song that helped me discover that i was truly depressed. i never felt like i was depressed because i was never sad and this song and a qoute helped me realize my anger and hate for everything was just a cover for me. i was sad mad if you will. i hated everything but i hated myself the most. this song is helping me heal and lose some of the hate that ive been using as a shield for so long.
last one for now if your ok with these. Less Of Me by Until I Wake. its about people lying through their teeth and not being real with you. recently around christmas i was ghosted by all my friends. every single one. just out of the blue. these were people i trusted and though were like my brothers and im having a breakdown now to it. its helping though.
