Apologies for the wind! I've added a custom subtitle track if you want it :)
Getting that was probably the most animated Jake reaction I've seen in a long time :)
Also, enjoying the editing on this one
First ascent Martin VEALE . No mats . Spotter, Chris Craggs, large chap.
Somehow perfectly nails that 90s-early 00s skateboard video vibes. Props to the editor!
So wholesome! The fun, the joy, the atmosphere. Great pleasure to watch :)
What a great atmosphere in that video. Including music and the beautfiul red sky.
now this is a vibe i'd tune in every week for, love it.
"you'll never see that on real rock"
and when is that move ever in a gym
Love these outdoor videos!
4:50 so excited he almost took up parkour on the spot
The most difficult about outdoors bouldering for me is to warm up properly for the required style...
more outdoor videos!!!
Nice content guys! See you in a few days at Dockmasters!
sick vibe !!!
Do you think the wind made it feel more exposed and so harder mentally?
from my experience, yes, absolutly! i always wait for the wind to stop blowing for a moment when i do a nasty jump.
Probably played a part in it for sure! But the drop combined with throwing yourself at a wall of rock was the biggest factor for sure!
How dare you say the word 'gap' and not invite Toby?? 😆
Which part of the Peak District is this at I wanna give this a go next time I’m down there
Is this stanage?
It's at Stanage above Not to be taken away
Great vid 👍
insaneo
This is a boulder I'd never even attempt because it looks way too risky.
It's just too much falling for my taste.
sicc vibes
The Parkour crossover is happening guys!
Already happened, that boulder problem was first climbed in about 1985
@@neilb448 jk dude. But it's a wonderfully kinetic problem! Very parkour.
Live it.
'E6 6B/ 7A' is that a trad grade I see?
After quickly reading up on it, the FA was done with no pads so that's where the E6 comes from :D
foist
Defo can't claim E6 with that many pads
I don't think we claimed anything 🤘
With that many pads your basically bringing it down to your level, do it in tbe style of the first ascent
What is up with the audio cant hear anything but some shitty music
Lmao aggressive much. It was ridiculously windy so our Audio is terrible quality hence why we cut most of the chat from the Ep.
@@BoulderingBobat check out the Rycote dead cats and windshields, I put them on all my mics and the audio is fine up to 90 MPH gusts!
This is actually called Lorax dit start v6 and this is in gunks ny not "UK"
Nope
Lol no that's wrong
The first part is basically an arm jump, a really cool one! Great to see movements combining and evolving!
nice to see you here as well. @bobat you should give this guy a follow back!
@@christophhermann86 haha! I would enjoy a good session with these boys for sure!
First climbed by Martin Veale in 1987. These are not new movements but they are indeed cool.
@@drnorton364 Interesting to consider movement as "new" :D but yeah just wanted to mention that these kinds of combinations are not that often!
And Martin didn't have the benefit of a crash mat !
These young ‘uns today, they don’t know they’re born….
The sound editing on this video is a vibe. Great job!
really enjoyed this simple good vibe vid dudes !!!
easily one of my favorite climbing vids now. great work on the camera tom
Nice to see a video from you guys again! Good stuff!
Also i need (NEED!) the songname from 5:20 on please! Your channel has by far the best musical choices of all climbing videos here on youtube
act calm -OTE song name
Thanks dude! I spend hours trawling so I appreciate it.
@BoulderingBobat and it's well appreciated! Trully awesome mix in all of the videos.
Sick, love the Joe one stick send
Magnus Midtbø could do this nohanded
What a cool challenge! Love it!
Such a magnificent video!!
Lovely wee video!
Compliments for the boulder aside, where do one find some good comfy climbing pants like you have ?)
You could try to use an equalizer to cut out some of the wind noises. Especially the lower bassy sounds. Great vid tho
That's 6A max
classic! more please!
Beautiful video
Good stuff
Posh, posh, posh.
I usually love your outdoor videos but this was somewhat lack lustre. Was this just a once a month video to satisfy your sponsors?
I enjoyed it tbh, although UK based outdoor bouldering is my main interest
Nah, the video was 15 mins but the rest of the climbs were lackluster. So I decided to cut the boring stuff and keep the bits I enjoyed.
Longer vid next week 🤙
Dude you’re tripping, this video was great. Reminds you of days outdoors with your friends. Really enjoyed this!
