Hi @Andy Mai. We can see that the tool appears to be under constant development, with updates as recent as ten hours ago, so that might explain the difference between your experience and ours. We’d be interested to know which two files you were able to extract.
If you aren’t able to make progress using the method shown in this video, you might like to try a more recent tutorial using Rufus to obtain the same outcome. You’ll find that video at ruclips.net/video/69REuQ-dXr8/видео.html
