Jerry Seinfeld himself said the only other person he thought could have pulled off Kramer was Andy Kaufman.

After "Seinfeld," check out the R rated HBO version called "Curb Your Enthusiasm" with Larry David, the co-creator of "Seinfeld."
In one of the later seasons of "Curb" they have the one and only Seinfeld Reunion. All the cast comes back, even Michael Richards (Kramer) and Wayne Knight as Newman.. It's great!
Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine) went on to star in the hilariously biting political satire called "Veep." She is savage in it and won multiple Emmy's for her role!
@DecrepitOrigin888 No. They finished the show a while ago. It took a lot out of Julia who was recovering from cancer. They ended it in such a way so there was no coming back.
Without Kramer it would've been a good show but he took it to the next level and made it a great show.

All 4 had a good place on the show. Kramer is the physical comedy that can pass the limit of the sensible. He allows many wonderful jokes that wouldn't be possible without him. Jerry is the "I don't care about anyone" jokester, he brings sarcasm and funny criticism to mundane life, yet he is also the character you wouldn't mind getting screwed over just because he looks down on everyone. George is the that lazy part in all of us. He is the "what would you do if consequences were meaningless?". Elaine is the only one character that had a true development during the show. She is the one that has an actual arc and keeps motivated to go forward. All the other 3 characters look the same on earlier and later seasons, but not Elaine.
So yeah, there would be a show, but I love that each one played a perfect part on it.
Michael Richards does Kramer to perfection. Jason Alexander does George to perfection. Wayne Knight does Newman to perfection. Jerry Stiller and Estelle Harris do Frank and Estelle to perfection. This show has it all.

Hard to pick one scene with Kramer but he was great working with Newman as well.
Michael Richards (Kramer) is the most unique comedian. his physical comedy cannot be topped. I especially liked the rehearsal for the Heavy Metal Rock video. it showed his incredible range of his physical ability. to be able to high kick at head level is very difficult. just try it sometime? he probably is the only person that could do the moves that Chuck Berry did in his performances. these are also very difficult moves just try them sometime?
sometime else that people fail to realize. is that he played these very physical roles in some movies. before he was brought into the cast on Seinfeld.

Damn, I wish the scene of George with Kramer pretending to be a doctor had played out to its end, because I love seeing Kramer vigorously write on his pad and punctuate his note with such aggressive energy.
Also, the last clip of the video; seeing Kramer wearing sunglasses and acting like a total weirdo towards Fred Savage makes me think that Michael Richards could have played an excellent Plastic-Man.

One of THE funniest characters ever in the history of television. He put the funny in the show. Kramer ranks above Frasier, Chandler, Michael Scott, Sheldon, Abed, Raymond, Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, Al Bundy and on and on. The only other actor who is superior to Michael Richard's Kramer is Rowan Atkinson's Mr. Bean.
