    Another very interesting episode John.
    As with other facets of our hobby, there is a lot of time in the preparations... but that ultimately ensures a great end result!

    In foundry terminology, the plugs you have made would be called "odd sides". The smaller the objects you are casting, the finer the joints in the moulds have to be.
