Another help in everyday cooking
Make paste of onion tomato ginger and garlic and coriander in mixer grinder
Refrigerate it and use whenever u need to make sabzi or curry

I always make stuffed roti with my left over sabzi especially cabbage sabzi, paneer sabzi, aloo methi sabzi etcetera. It's always quick & very delicious

Veg pulav is my go to meal too! I have few other quick fixes as well. Khichdi, masala rice or tomato rice are a few one pot meals I make whenever I feel lazy to cook! :D

Very easy and quick receipe and tasty fried rice
Take boiled riced .
Take a pan add some oil , add chopped garlic, onion patti , ur fav veggies Capscium or carrot
And dark soya sauce.
Another receipe
Sweet potato or potato boiled mash
add salt and chaat masala.
Make round shape.(tikki)
Dip in rice flour atta batter and fry.
Sprouts khichdi, Mushroom khichdi
Mushroom pakodas
Capscium pakodas
Paneer pakodas with curd dip

Here is recipe of leftover idlis with no chutney or sambar remaining. Crumble it, make simple tadka upma which is a legitimate dish in our homes but u can also add in good amount of veggies. 🤗

My quick meal (kitchen quickie sounds okay, I hope?) - the one I love - is curd rice with roasted papad and pickle. I mix leftover rice with curd and temper it with mustard seeds, cumin whole, red chillies, ginger (tiny bits), curry leaves and hing, and I am done!

Hi Shweta.was posted at Bombay 87-90.....lived in Riviera building ,marine drive....at the air India end..... would walk to hanging garden and back and visit chowpaty enroute...... remember visiting a popular eatery at the chowpaty- marine drive crossing....in 87-88....must have been new yorker...or sukhsagar.....thank you for the nostalgic trip.down memory lane......

I was there in SoBo on Saturday. Near exact same place at NewYorker and Chowpatty. Headed towards Marine Drive later. Wish could've bumped into you 🤗 Mine too, it was first visit to SoBo after lockdown. Us living in suburbs just love going to town on weekends, don't we?
