What a great interview, Albert! Bobby's record definitely fits the "driven" label. A quick question - is he Hispanic? I assume he is with his surname and one of his sayings "Ego is not your amigo". I think it would've been interesting to hear a little about his cultural background and how that may have positively impacted his business style at the office. I'm Hispanic myself and have had thoughts of entrepreneurship, although have found myself paralyzed with thoughts of failure in drawing in clients, not having a clear grasp of the tax code when it comes to running one's business and paying Uncle Sam, etc. before even making the first step. I definitely appreciate seeing how grounded and yet successful Boby is. I'll have to look him up on social media. Keep up the awesome content, Albert!
