- My friend Brad Lea goes raw and just tells everything how it is. We talked about creating a Dream Life Style Young and being able to give your family what they deserve. The reality is nobody really wants to wait till they are old. They just couldn’t do it themselves at a young age. There are many Billionaires in their 30s Guys. We are in the technology age and it has never been easier to make a lot of money and scale. What really happened with people that took too long was there priorities weren’t really work ethic in their younger years. I started focusing on work and self improvement early and I cut the bullshit early and started applying. The main problem is people don’t apply the information they pay for.
We talked about how important Environment and Mentors are in creating Success. Throughout my earlier years I paid a lot of money and studied the Greatest real estate investors, Entrepreneurs that started successful businesses from scratch. I even went back 10 years to see their real raw beginnings and found some un told truths.

I personally started small with a 3 unit property that made me over 400k in 4 years and then Syl got a 4 unit that made her over 300k in 3 years when we exited (sold). We accumulated many more so you can imagine how we made millions in such a small time span by going all in and investing our own money all by ourselves with simple formulas. When I I got my first 3 unit property I only had 3 thousand dollars to my name and my fico score was 560 with collections. I went through fha financing which allowed me to qualify. There are many easy ways a knowledgeable Mortgage Guy or Mortgage Girl can help you start your multi unit acquisitions career even if you are poor middle class earning minimum wage. Real Estate Investing is very easy once you understand the simple formulas. My multi units allowed me to hire more people, get Ferraris and open Businesses. You can do exactly the same on your own. I thought this is going to be a relaxing talking between the two. Instead Brad are bombarded with question after question withiut realy reqcting to Brads questions. Gave the impression this dude was a bit not confident and had this have list of questions he just wanted to get through.

I'm definitely not impressed with this interviewer at all.......... he's trying to qualify himself WAY too much and there are so many levels of cringe in the random questions.
I’ll be honest Af right here. I started judging Albert’s interview skills SO harshly when I started watching this.
Then I learned about Janine, called her and spoke for an hour and a half. We have just agreed to a book together and learned skills in body language that will save me decades in missed opportunities! Bravo Albert and Brad Lea is THE REAL DEAL! ❤

Properties arent going down. The market is hot af except for commercial retail from COVID pretty much everything else is moving and very strong. COVID affect the lowest level of income earners

You know what.. I don’t think he is intentionally trying to sound obnoxious. I genuinely think he is having a hard time understanding the culture of receiving hate for his success. I think He thinks people Kinda got him fucked up and he is looking for clarity.
Grant doesn't use Investor Money to fly with his jet. This is such a negative, small thinking, not well educated thought. He owns hundreds of Millions of Real Estate himself. Lets says he owns 500 Mio that pays him annually 25 Mio...know the jet costs 2-3Mio to operate annually said grant, so what's the big deal? Also he bought it with his own money!! And even if grant would support the annual jet costs with the management fee from Cardone Capital, then there would be nothing wrong with it. Its a management fee dude, its there for the manager so he can operate best and fast for the investors!! Anyway, grant uses his jet with his own passive RE Income. He hires a lot of people in his Cardone Capital, this is where the asset management fee is going.

Grant will always be my number 1 teacher. Even if I make more than him, he's the 1 guy all about production and not bs'ing.

Albert...The billionaire that lives over you and gave you that advice to invest in retail is on another level, you said yourself he owns 5000 apartments. How many do you own? As grant and other professionals says, retail is very risky, the billionaire can invest know in risky assets because he has know billions of dollars and 5000 Apartments!!! He has build a safe base. You dont have a safe base. This is why grant doesn't invests there, he builds up a big safe base. And if you have the so called fuck you money, then you can invest in Retail Real Estate! learned a lot, the world is a library to learn from everybody, lot's of successful people in every industry, lot's of people to meet and have relationships with, gotta do is get proximity with where they are, but first have credibility and business for yourself.

My guy needs to relax...alot. He's trying to hard to be all the things he thinks he should be instead of being who God made him to be. Hopefully, Brad showed him what being authentic looks like. Why dont you listen more to grant, he said that a market crash would benefit him, even if the value drops, it doesnt matter, if the recession ends, this apartment buildings appreciate the fastest and the most, because people gonna loss homes and need a place to rent. Also that is why grant buys A Class Property, because this is where people wanna live then, in nice apartment buildings with security, great service and a great pool. And dude, study grant more, he thinks bigger, he is up to something big. Grant studies Blackstone, Grant build a massive portfolio that he can sell anytime to the big institutions like Blackstone, they always overpay. So it doesnt matter that the property value drops in a recession, he is in for the long game, and in the l0ong game, this properties benefit most certainly.
