It's heartwarming to see these small businesses supported. I'd miss them so much if they just ceased to exist. pak lee is one of my personal fav 'cha kee' at hk island! daup toi is part of the experience eating there which is why most customers are locals who live or work near saiwanho, taste is more old school compared to other cha chaan teng i feel
Cafe culture is so strong in Hong Kong. My favorites in Yau Ma Tei are Zombie, Cascara and Kubrick. Going to have to check out Bad Coffee & Liquor Club next time.

You should do a Video Beginners Guide for Coffee. Like what`s the difference between Arabica and Robusta? What are the different roasts and how do they taste? What to look out for in a good Cafè? And so on...I love good Coffee but I lack the knowledge behind it.
