This was definitely more of a taster of CNBLUE and YongHwa’s solo Korean releases. Their early Japanese releases are a whole different ball game - more rock, metal, grunge etc. And Yonghwa (who writes the majority of their songs) likes rearranging songs for their concerts, so for one song, you might get an EDM version in one concert, and a Jazz version in another. He just loves music like that. I do hope you will get a chance to watch a live concert, even just clips if not a full one. You’ll see a very different Yonghwa in concert - one much wilder, fiercer and more powerful than this.
Stopping by again to drop a link to their most recent concert. The lead guitarist had dropped out so they had a couple of session guitarists in case you’re wondering where the sounds are coming from. The first 3 songs are examples of their rock numbers if you’d like to just check those out: ruclips.net/video/J_Wa71yNIqY/видео.htmlsi=4EIskA3KP1zFfCFK
Thanks again for enjoying the Killing Voice video with us and sharing your thoughts. Not all the songs here are CNBLUE songs per se, some are Yonghwa's solo tracks and there are even a couple of songs from the OST of a drama he starred in many years back. Yonghwa is the soul of CNBLUE, and i'm glad he chose to lump together the band and solo songs and not make them separate. This set here is like a quick time machine ride through the 13-14 years he's been in the industry, but there are many many more gems in his discography that will show you even more facets of this extremely versatile musician, ESPECIALLY in their live form. So please please please do check out a live concert sometime soon, you won't regret it i promise!
7- 2010 LOVE LIGHT (CNBLUE) 8- 2010 BANMAL SONG (Yonghwa's first solo work back then when he filmed a varietyshow named WE GOT MARRIED😊 9- 2011 I FALLEN FOR YOU (Yonghwa's drama OST from the same drama Heartstring) 10- 2015 ENERGY ( YH solo album) 11- 2015 FIREWORK ( YH collab with female artist) 12- 2014 CAN'T STOP ( CNBLUE ) Last 2023 YOUR CITY ( You know it😉) Thanks for your time Can't wait to watch him in the concert performing YOUR CITY and other hit songs from this mini album❤️🔥
If you ever got to CNBLUE's concert, in my opinion, their strengths are in their ability to do rearrangement, improvisation, and interaction with their audiences. You'll have great time everytime.
Oh, about the guitars, their former main guitarist had really good sense of guitar sound aside from Yonghwa. And there used to be a YT channel who cover all the guitar layers of CNBLUE's and FTISLAND's music. You can search 'Guitar Junkie TV' + cnblue/ftisland
Thank you dear for your nice reaction❤. I didn't expect you to react to him this week. Thanks again. Fighting on your way to know Yonghwa and CNBLUE more. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
List of the songs: 1- 2010 I'm Loner (CNBLUE's debut song) 2- 2010 LOVE (CNBLUE) 3- 2011 INTUITION (CNBLUE) 4- 2020 THEN,NOW AND FOREVER (CNBLUE's cb after hiatus more than 2 years military entlistment) 5- 2015 ONE FINE DAY (Yonghwa first debut as a soloist debut) 6- 2011 BECAUSE I MISS YOU (his drama OST, Heartstring) He loves to sing it in his concert.
16:39 This song and the song you mentioned he sang so emotionally , are both original soundtracks of the 2011 drama heart strings, in which he himself was the male lead. Maybe that's why he sings these songs so passionately.
The one you told it has more emotion while he was performing... he started singing that song in his concert which he didn't since it was an ost ... after KJH death ... he was too close to him and he was suffering from his sudden passing away 😔 he started to sing Because I Miss You exactly 1 day after his death in his solo tour... all these years its fixed in the concert playlist
15:08 This song is called banmal song. Back then in 2010 , Yonghwa was in the show we got married with Seohyeon of SNSD and she was kinda to shy to use banmal ( informal speech ) with him so he wrote and composed this song and they sang it together in the show.
so glad you enjoyed cnblue's discography! as others have mentioned, please check out their live performances in their concerts. while i love their mvs, they do not in any way do the guys or the song justice. the guys and their music were meant for the live stage and you can always count on them changing up the arrangement ever so slightly that makes it so unique.
Man thank you again for checking YongHwa and soon for Cnblue their live stages of their songs are major showdown of their instruments. RADIO, ImSorry and Wake Up should check their concert version. 😂
He said in the fanmeeting that he had a problem with his in-ear device ... 😂😅 it didn’t work and he couldn't hear what's going on so he added some ad-libs 😂 since he couldn't stop the recording
interesting that they selected so many OLD songs for this...or maybe you could say "classic". Loner is probably their most famous Korean song. Now you need to listen to some of the Japanese songs 🙂. I think the added rapping was just the style of the time. I'll say again you need to watch the concerts. The previous lead guitar player and second vocalist definitely added a lot of the guitar sound. Now when they play live as a trio they add two extra session guitarists and a keyboard player
The music arrangement for this Dingo must be done by Yonghwa himself, cause he also did the re-arrangement for the musics for his concerts & CNBLUE's concerts. And in this Dingo at least 8 songs are written by him (and some written by him + with another musician), also some are the songs of CNBLUE. Try to watch their concerts, they always doing live, their Japan concerts are the best. You will amazed by their music & their performance.
Wow.. thank you for the reaction.. This is mostly about the famous songs of them. But CNBLUE actually got even more great songs. And here is not even 10% of it.. funny right..but it is.. I really suggest you to watch their concert.. the setlist is really good, the arrangement normally different from the studio version and they sometimes change genre from the original songs. And in their concert, you can hear various genre. From rock, dance, funky, ballad, dance..all sorts of genre in a concert. I hope you will have a great time listen to CNBLUE music. Thank. You again👍
@@ltkpop yes you should.. and you will definitely understand what we are trying to talk about..😅 you can just pick any concert in YT.. if you wish to compare, you can choose their earliest concert since their indie days.. 392 concert in japan.. and moving forward to recent concert.. but normally their recent concert mostly set in private mode in YT.. will definitely share with you if you want to.. 😊 thank you for listening to their music😊
Check out my favorites Lie, Black Flower, Yes, Till Then, Clap Your Hands, On Your Time, Come On, and Blind Love. I mean the famous ones are really good and I have a lot more favorites from CNBLUE but please do check out the ones I listed, you'll have a grand time! Also, I enjoyed your reaction, thank you very much!!
CNBLUE main guitarist was the best in the Asian and one of the best in world... his live performance was one of a kind ... and also his songwriting and composition taste was the best ... but he got killed by Netizens 😢 ... he was a genius musician... those different flavours of guitars came from his talent and outstanding music taste 🥲
@purplejung2808 we can say he was friends with the whole industry of K-pop and K-drama ... and yeah, some of them are terrible... if you mean JY ... but I don't know if you know the details on their friendship... in one of his ig updates that went viral even on TV news, he was trying to get them out of his home (I mean, he tried his best to cut them off from his circle after knowing their reality)... all his friends were nice, but this one was the one he was cautious around him after leaving the chatroom ... but the most troublemaker here was his missing manager ... company never revealed the truth about him ... if you investigate deep, you will find out who he really had in his close circle ... though I don't appreciate his personal choices (and nothing is wrong with them) ... but I know it's not my business ... the only reason he got hate was because he was in the court as a witness, not a criminal ... and all the fake rumours and lies about him spread by his haters , but they had no legal consequences for him as all were wrong. I'm happy he found his happiness after leaving CNBLUE, I'm proud of him for overcoming his depression he had since 2015 ... and now I only wish him the best in his new businesses...

LOVE LIGHT, BANMAL SONG AND FALLEN FOR U ARE MY ALL TIME FAVORUTES FROM YONGHWA❤❤❤

He loves to sing it in his concert.
much appreciated
Thanks for the reaction. Yong Hwa's voice is like honey. gentle yet powerful. love it so much ❤
Wow..that's a very fine definition of him❤
These are all hit songs from CNBLUE and also Yonghwa's solo works and even from his drama's OST back then in 2011😊😊

3 Of them played guitar before, now they're down to two since JongHyun announced his retirement from the group.
Thanks for your reaction... ❤ I love your reactions since I'm a details oriented person...

Thinking on the fly and playing it off like a champ, love to see it
I started learn playing guitar because of CNBlue. Best k band ever

Yeah watching the lives seems to be the common consensus amongst the comments. I do worry about content ID, but I'm definitely not opposed to it
Fireworks was a solo track not a track for group album that's why everything was different from style to instruments
If you're to look into their discography.. please not only look into their title song.. the other side track is also nice
.
Yeeee. My CNBlue heart....
Istg CN Blue and FT Island always released bangers 🤌🏼

Terimakasih ❤

honestly, JH has no one to blame but himself for having to leave the group. he had very terrible taste in friends 😝
