- Today I’m baking up a pan of delicious scalloped potatoes they are thinly sliced potatoes cooked in a white sauce with herbs that goes so well with ham, steak, or pork chops I sure hope y’all give them a try and enjoy.❤️

What you will be needing
2 1/2 to 3 pounds yukon gold potatoes
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup diced yellow onion packed cup
1 clove of garlic minced
1/3 cup flour
31/2 cups full fat milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons dried chives
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Hi Donna! That looks amazing! I never knew how to make those - i just have bought the boxed ones. I was LOL when you said Curtis was afraid of messing up the ham steaks, is that even possible? As far as the pizza - I can relate. I can definitely eat a slice of pizza before ham, potatoes & green beans! yum! Do you ever cook Italian? I've been popping on looking at vlogs on this. My favorite is Buon-A-Petitti love the Italian Grandma Gina too! Thanks for the vlog -i love this channel!

I don’t these are scalloped potatoes au gratin have cheese in them but you definitely could add some❤️

Absolutely delicious Ms. Donna 😋 Thank you hon for sharing this yummy side dish with your loving viewers. My beloved mama would also make this dish with pork chops and a salad. My beautiful angel gained her heavenly wings last month on the 15th 😢 It was quite rough during this past Christmas & New Years without her, she was my best friend a daughter could ever ask for.
