There's no such thing as a civilian business in China. There is no business that is not overseen by the central government, in some shape or fashion. They all are beholden to the government. If we can get rid of that fallacy, then no us companies would ever do business with any Chinese company. There's no difference between the government and business and that country.
I went down the rabbit hole and have much respect for the people under CCP rule. Killed more of their own people than the Japanese ever have. During natural disasters Japan will offer to help and CCP China is too prideful to let them save lives. Instead film themselves making fake support videos or place up barricades so people cant see. they had the 3rd biggest train accident and instead of investigating they called out excavators to dig and buried the Train with bodies inside. People disappear like they never existed. Just scratching the surface

If there was a little bit of trust there could be rapid response to the fires in China. There are fleets of air-based fire response companies who roam internationally looking for bids and willing to spend the fuel/logistics to go from Peru to Louisiana then Australia and so on.

It's because of the hot climate, even here in the Philippines we have also the same problem. In Philippines the peak fire season typically begins in mid-February and lasts around 14 weeks. There were 672 VIIRS fire alerts reported between 20th of February 2023 and 19th of February 2024 considering high confidence alerts only. This is normal compared to previous years going back to 2012.
It seems like someone may have snuck in fireworks, causing sparks that led to a fire in buildings made of tofu filler and bamboo... i dont think they would escalate fighting and risk destroying whats left to therre glass house of tofu
