Sir, In the Future videos you can make videos Block wise for every layout. Covering both Pros and cons. It will be really helpful for people for decesion making.
Nice suggestion but in all layout videos I have already mentioned about blocks that are good for investment and blocks god for immediate construction which is exactly what you are asking
@@explorewithnandagopal Sir, I feel a dedicated video for every block covering aspects such as Basic amenities, Schools, Colleges, Hospital, Showing Road Connectivity using Google Map, Metro Connectivity, Railway Connectivity, Land formation etc will be a great series of playlist for your channel. Mentioning the highlights of the upcoming projects, government projects, apartments, flats and growth potential will surely attract the viewers.
As you would know akravathy layout is a puzzle right from the start with many controversies/ many allotment cancellations, alternative site allotments to NPKL etc etc. I did visit few blocks closer to Jakkur last year but detailed video is pending ...
All blocks are good but depends on your choice.. how soon you want to build a house or just sell it after few years. If you want to build house immediately or within 2-3 yrs, then 9-11 blocks, 1 -5 are good.
Hi Sir, what's is the eligibility for buying a BDA plot or flat. Do we need to resident of Karnataka for certain years.. or just having a Aadhar card with Karanataka (esp. Bengaluru) permanent address is enough? Please let know.
Who can apply for the BDA layout in Bangalore? Candidates who fulfill the below-mentioned requirements are only eligible to apply for the BDA. sites: The flat will be allotted on first come first serve basis. Specially abled applicants will be given a 5% rebate in the allotment rate notified or Rs 1 lakh whichever is less. Candidates must attain the age of 18 years while applying. Candidate must be a domicile of Karnataka for a minimum of 15 years. Candidates should not have the plots either in their names or in any of their relative’s names allotted through CITB or BDA or KHB or any House Building Co-operative Societies or Metropolitan Authorities or by any other agencies. The applicant who has already been allotted a site/house at a subsidized rate in any part of Karnataka will not be eligible for allotment of flats under this scheme.
May I know y the occupancy is so low in Anjanapura? Considering South Bangalore, close vicinity to Nice Road Electronic City and metro lines. It's the least occupied layout amongst BDA layouts formed around 2000😅
Good question! For almost 10-15 yrs, this never took off as it was primarily seeing investment transactions (buy/sell) only. This could be because Kankapura and Jpnagar closer to this layout weren't so developed as well. Now we can see some traction and especially blocks near bannerghatta road are developed and slowing we are seeing the same towards Kanakpura road side as well. Now that cauvery line is laid, things should pick up.
Turahalli forest is right in the beginning of the layout..near 1st and 2nd block.. 10th block is right at the back and is nice flat area with good approach to Kengeri bus stand/mysore road, which you know has developed so much now! The 100 ft road that run across the entire layout from 1st to 10th is a big plus for 10th block too! If you have a site at 10th block, it is a good one - keep it or construct a house.
@@explorewithnandagopal thank u for sharing ur opinion, may I know the prevailing rate per sqft for the sites located on 100ft road, bsk 6th stage 10th block?
Ranges from 8000 to 12000/sq ft. You have to visit and talk to few brokers or look up Magicbricks.com, 99acres.com or Housing.com.. and should be able to find that suits your budget.
Absolutely no idea.. we need to wait till the announcement happens. Going by Nadaprabhu Kempegowda layout initial price, 30x40 was listed as 23 odd lacs for general category.. Should be bit more than that now!
I see many outsider in Bangalore why not kannada ppl from other parts of Karnataka not coming in why are they lacking in network and skill when outsiders are easily coming and filling in Bangalore but Karnataka ppl are unaware about the business that are opening in Bangalore.
Don't get the context of the comment vis-a-vis the video. This discussion has been there right from the 70s/80s. Nowadays, with internet and all the telecom infra, one can work and do business from anywhere .. that could be the reason!
Please make video🎥 on anjanapura 9th 10th &11th blocks development
Sure
Very useful Information! 🙂

Any views on scope of Banashankari 6th stage 10th block? Especially near the 100ft road considering the presence of turahalli forest?
