    The trick to hooking up those hoses is in the unhooking. Shut the pump off, keep the power on, and bleed the pressure off the system. Just cycle the electric over hydronic valves, then disconnect.

    • @Slider68
      @Slider68 Год назад +1

      I actually had the same problem today myself. I tried to hook up the grapple hydraulics on my tractor and couldn't for the life of me get the hoses (either one) connected.
      Of course I did the usual, shutting off the tractor and moving the hydraulic controller to release all of the pressure on the tractor's side, but the problem turned out to be on the grapple side...
      My theory is I took the grapple off in the winter, when temps were in the -20° range. Even though hydraulic fluid doesn't expand much, it expanded enough in the grapple's cylinder that it pressurized both hydraulic lines.
      In the end I had to crack a hydraulic line and let out a few drops of fluid. That was all it took to make it easy to hook the lines up.
      I've never had this happen before (in almost 50 years working with hydraulic equipment). Most likely this is because most of my cylinders leak enough through the shaft seal that pressure never builds up.

    • @mrheart4242
      @mrheart4242 Год назад +2

      @Slider68 yes. The pressure in the grapple is tough. I placed a "T" on the equipment end with a cap. When it's hung. I crack the cap. Just on 1 side. The bail grapple, hay head, and post hole auger. It's on the open side.

    • @andrewfaircloth1074
      @andrewfaircloth1074 Год назад +1

      The best way is to push the button in the cab that releases the pressure to the ports.

The front "Bud" wheel is mounted with the dish of the wheel inside, the rear inner wheel is mounted the same way and the outer wheel is turned around with the dish mounted to the inside. Think of it like this, if they were different like you thought, all dually trucks would have to carry two different spares, which, they do not.

    And I work at the Ready Mix company driving trucks.
    We had bunch of trucks we were scrapping out. But they worse Wonder we were saving for parts. Didn't run didn't have any brakes and we had a steep driveway and brush down below.
    No one wanted to take it down so I got in it they gave me a little shove. And down that Steep Hill I with no brakes made a right sharp turn took down a few small trees and smacked into a back of another truck..
    That was a small burn did I hit and got all the wheels off the ground bend down and smack in the back of the other one but not hard by that. Yes Evel Knievel ain't got nothing on me. I've been doing crazy things like this all my life especially of the youngster.🤘🏾🤙🏾🤟🏽👍🏽✌🏽✌🏽😳🤪.

    Robby has nerves of steel. I don't think I would've volunteered to ride that truck down an embankment. I'm amazed it didn't roll over specifically with no brakes.

    Not only is it weird that it seems someone was tampering with the truck but also its a newer style super duty but they got older style mirrors? Maybe someone just replaced them with older ones previously but seems very suspicious for what i would assume is a fleet truck? Maybe someone crawled down there and swapped them out for their personal truck?!

    Somebody was out to make a mess .. master cylinders dont do that on their own .. either an incompetent mechanic missed a nut or two, or somebody undid them to cause the failure ... either way, that doesn't look like a "natural" failure.
    Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦

    If you would/could publish your videos in sequence it would be like watching a good TV series. Just think of having millions of subscribers. We wached the big derby last Sunday, it was fun. Good job Robby !

    On most fuel pumps you"ll see 4 soft touch buttons on each side of the TV screen. On the right side of the screen try pressing the second one down from the top to mute the sound from whatever is playing on the TV screen. Then you won't have to hold your hand over the speaker to film!

    Robby when your getting fuel at a pump that has a screen screaming ads at you if you push the buttons on the side of the screen one of them will mute the sound coming out of the speaker.

    Good stuff ! I'm praying your Insurance provider doesn't get a look at this and none of the crowd are employees .that was the longest run of luck I have seen ever. As for the condition of the truck when you found it,I suspect you will need the officer back to start the investigation cuz that is definitely not a accident
