I always refer to the Dragon's Dogma Wiki whenever I begin quests to ensure I don't miss anything. Ironically enough, I didn't follow anything on the "The Final Battle" for the immersion, and nobody told me that you get really good weapons after defeating Grigori based on the weapons you are using on that fight as a reward. Now I'm stuck with my half assed magick bow since I fought him as a Ranger. Magick Archer was supposed to be my go-to for BBI.😑
Magick Archer is a powerhouse on BBI regardless of which Bow you use. Changes are you get a better one there within a couple of hours, so don't sweat it. ;-)
I can atest that min-maxing actually harms my fun as a new player, I was having a blast untill I stumbled across RUclips videos saying that you should min-max your stats with different vocations and I actually started playing with vocations I found less fun because of that
Yes, and also most RUclips videos are "go to the dlc maps, run and clip though the wall, get infinite money and cheese the game". I decided to downvote all those vids, and this is the first one that didn't do this.
3:52, seriously is the reason why i don't understand those "get to lv 200 fast so the game get fun, random video" are so popular, one shooting everything not fun at all, meme/broken run should be done when you know the game well. and no being lv 200 won't make to ox go faster.
@@dugarrYT well balanced is even better than any minmax build (especially mk), now i don't bother with build anymore (except for pawn), i just use dinput to respec my character to 550/550 once it get to lv200, not a fan to lv a class i don't really want do play, so i can play it at lv 200 >
Hello i just play this game , i wanna ask, im using sorcerer now , how can sorcerer attack with 6 light energy immediately when using holy affinity, cause i only can attack one by one but i see most ppl can attack 6light immediately
you have to charge your attack by holding the button till your staff glows and then release. if you do it while jumping you can skip the initial attack and go strait to charging.
@@dugarrYT I tried using controller and mouse too, it can't do hold attack , when I hold attack button its like normal basic attack just deal 1light ball, there is setting to active hold attack?
And don't sprint into a battle, instead take a slow approach to the start of battle. Many people make this mistake and then try and blame the game for it.
good strategy if you want to min/max a certain build, but in every other scenario i advice against it. At max level you are way to overpowered for everything and get bored pretty fast.
bet anything once DD2 comes out on PS5 (& hopefully PS4 later on) that most of these get carried over. i've completed this game over *11 times straight* & completed BBI's content over *3 seperate times* also. so i've *seen everything* this game offered. 😐
@@dugarrYT DD2 should be what DD1 was. just with more classes, a bigger map, *freaking mounts to use for christ sakes* & a bigger storyplot w/ it's *staple postered Red Dragon being tougher* then he already was. 😐
@@GoddessShadowYT that is true, it's more a personal thing. i NEVER use mounts in all my games. i rather walk than get off my mount ever minute to pick something. up

@dugarrYT is there a point to lvl 1 and 2 gear? I can't kill any of the bosses in bitterblack to get the loot and I'm on ng+

i'm not even min/max there. my MK is a balanced build

@@Rezardi landed on balanced stats by accident and enjoy them so much that it became my new standard

ok, try this. press the button 2 times fast and hold the second press. this should shoot one bubble and then go into the charge animation.
Sapfire daggers from BBI??? ITS REAL?? Ive ran through BBI what seems like hundreds of times, 14 melting focus but 0 sapfires

I used exp engine to max level faster and enjoy game more since grinding for months is not for me.

Use cheese in bbi make it to max level in 2 to 3 hrs lol then go explore the game to your hearts content

@@dugarrYT bruh believe me with a map as *huge* as Skyrim or even in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) was, having a mount *would greatly help* in traveling.
