The players shown in this video are not frauds and are actively trying to improve their gameplay!
I won't tolerate any negativity towards them.

I like to think that Johnny’s pressure game becomes some of the hardest to defend against once he has positive bonus going. From a safejump jH (against certain chars) after super wallbreak, you can get things like brc mix and TK Finer -> FRRC jH (cardless mix)
Also, the CH mist finer added to the new patch allows you to save even more on meter, since you can often go to wallbreak with their confirms.
I understand the air approaches, at low levels, jumping with Johnny feels SO much easier than approaching on the ground. Happens with me too, I instinctively jump, because it was how all the games worked on the lower floors as Johnny, since people would just mash on a badly timed step dash.
While they definitely work at lower levels they will form into bad habits and then get you killed in higher levels so it's usually best to take care of it before they properly develop!
I've always loved the fact that you started including commentary in these reviews, your voice is so nice to listen to.
Thank you!
I'm slowly getting comfortable with it!
Im Glorious finer, and this isnt an old nor a new clip. Looking at this now I've improved quit abit, but I still have the air dash habit. Now I'll be sure to play it patiently. I'm also better at tk mist finer and I think my meter awareness is till low. I never thought of buffering the mist finer on the block string. Overall, the video helped me realize and learn a few things, thanks
And also the comments helped alot
I just started playing and picked up Johnny so everything was still like magic to me but how do you do the teleport forward thing
@@odavex2848 could you show me the time stamp?

Been playing this game for 1000 hours and I had no idea about the fast RC meter gain. Thanks for the knowledge lol
0:09 Johnny is the type of guy to start swirling into a mysterious background that later engulfs him from a bad dream.
We are UPPPPPPPP
6:35 this combo hurt my soul. im anji boys for life but my man did not deserve to win after spending RRC to do a worse combo than meterless would have given
Thank you! I've always wanted something like this.
Nice video dude. Keep it up. Even if i don't play the character I learn a lot about match-ups
Would love to see a happy chaos fraud review ❤
These are lowkey really useful to learn characters, hoping sin is next
5:57 dear lord. Bro fumbled so hard
Time to learn about the Johnny matchup 💯💯💯
Chaos! Give us Chaos
Love the videos bro but there was one moment that confused me. You mentioned that you should punish Anji spin to discourage it, but I don’t believe this is something you can reliably do. Spin cancel (as in empty spin) isn’t something you can react to. And in the clip you showed, it would’ve been trivial for him to just hold the spin and your “punish” would’ve resulted in Anji offense. At that spacing on Johnny your best options are to block or try to walk up throw. Spin is a guess and not something you can freely discourage without taking on risk by going for throw. Of course it’s not like you should never press there, but I don’t think it’s something I’d call a punish, just a guess that they’ll go for fuujin at that exact moment.
While you can't react to the difference between a held 236K and a tap 236K there is a timing that reliably counterhits both, I tested this in the lab and decided it's pretty consistent after having a ~95% success rate, the failed attempts just lead to Anji being forced to block.
Of course I agree that there still remains RPS around spin since you need to leave yourself open to stuff like fujin to call it out like this but the main idea was to encourage heavily playing into this RPS to make it less worthwhile for Anji.
Thank you for the comment, I should have worded it more clearly, I was way too vague!
I would really appreciate if you did one for baiken
Jack-0 next please 🥺
...
I second this
I didn't hear any of this commentary, I was distracted by the two shirtless men on my screen.
not entirely certain but I think that burst was a failed wakeup gold burst. Not that he needed the meter, but still
I would also like to note that inputting parry super at that distance as seen at 12:07 is a really weird thing to do, if they wanted to go for it they should have canceled fujin into it. Doing this sends Anji quite a far distance forwards and gives the opponent juuust enough time to react and mash a button, making it quite a nasty option
Johnny!!
My biggest problem with my Johnny gameplay is just messing up the inputs, I’m on floor 8, was in 9 a bit but fell out and could probably get to floor 9 consistently, but half of my games I keep losing cause I’ll get the starting hit going, then drop my combo like 4 times, or try to wake up super to punish and it never comes out, I have thrown slash card at an opponent spamming projectiles more times then I can count because of it, I don’t have the problem in dbfz though
yeah the wake up no super is real
early and stayed up late gang 💯
LETS GOOOOO

YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES
so.. what's the BIG MISTAKE on JOHNNY? Clickbait is scummy
@@speedwagonoverheaven9716 There were actually multiple, the ones I neatly summed up at the end were the biggest and most important ones tho.
If you haven't really watched and just made assumptionsion heres the main ones:
- Not using meter frequently, Johnny is arguably one of the best meter users in the entire game, it enables neutral skips and unreactable mixups that lead into more pressure.
- Not using FRC on Johnny wastes the potential of positive bonus looping on Johnny.
Since he is so good at using meter you should make sure you get the most out of your positive bonus and regular meter gain as well.
- Jumping too much. (This is an issue on every character tho)
I don't want to be a jerk about it but calling it clickbait is a bit disingenuous in my opinion, especially when the whole video was about big mistakes.
@@GGSTFraudGameplay I have watched it. Seeing the title I expected the whole video talking about one crucial mistake that Johnny players make, not a match review pointing multiple mistakes. It's not the worst thing in the world but I still felt clickbaited. But it's whatever, it seems to be just a one-time misunderstanding. I don't think there's any other instances of this on your channel. No biggie.
@@speedwagonoverheaven9716 skill issue that you got baited, u should've been less predictable
