Don't you just love his exuberant *"I DID IT!!!"* at 1:46? He was *so* happy... and rightfully so!!
Sensational win with great clues given by a wonderful person and entertainer!!!!!
RIP, Dick Clark.
RIP, Lynn Redgrave.
The audience clapping after every correct answer waste about 4-5 precious seconds throughout the game..Im surprised nobody's ever requested complete silence😇😇
Sometimes there is silence. Supposedly some of the applause is edited in. I’m kind of curious as to what really is the story, but I’m too lazy to look into it.
It's quite a shame that GSN brought this show back for just ONE DAY. That network needs to get this show brought back FOR GOOD, along with every episode of the $100,000 show. The folks at GSN need to get a clue and realize how many people still love this show after all this time. I hope it's REAL SOON!! ;)

I think they could have gotten the cheese one faster if she had said, "Pizza... a mousetrap."
Pyramid would make a GREAT primetime show with $1 million as the grand prize.
@RingtailStudios
Lynn had breast cancer and had been fighting it for some time. Cancer is a very terrible disease, regardless of where it strikes in a person's body. She was 67 years of age, and her passing was untimely. She will be missed indeed, and now she is in Heaven with her relatives who left before her.
In memory of Lynn Redgrave (1943-2010)
the 1st time since the USA network days!
Yes, that would also be an excellent clue for that top subject. Good one. :)
WOW, how did he guess that???
I sure miss seeing this show, Dick Clark, and his celebrity guests. On the subject "things with cheese" I would've said, pizza!
You're telling me. I thought it was a nice idea of Dick to suggest that Lynn and the man take ten seconds to get the concentration going...and it helped big time. You can obviously see just how excited this man was when he won the $25,000. The audience's reaction was extremely loud as well. Just think how Lynn and this man would have reacted if it were the $100,000 version of the show during the tournament, and if he won $100,000.

The best news ever!
Ifigured he'd lose his train of thought, forget the original answer. and go a completely different way. But he kept his original answer, and won $10,000 in the process!
0:00: Dick's opening statement before the Winner's Circle is so true. That's why he is the best. Most of the celebrities preferred having him as host over John Davidson...
Davidson didn’t do a bad job as host, but Dick Clark was the best host of this.
Things with Cheese was a tricky one
@@nextbarker2702 The last one was very tough.
@@richardhernandez4490 THINGS WITH CHEESE was harder, and it had a trip, she could've said VEAL PARMESAN than BRUSH
I thought she was good, also. There have been a lot of celebrity players on the show who have done very well in their clues and helping contestants win in the winner's circle. You name them, they've done it.
-Matt
Yes, he was also on Hollywood Squares (Tom Bergeron's) that time he was older and wearing glasses
Same here. The guy would've gotten that subject correctly guessed immediately for that clue if it were used.
RIP Lynn. I just heard that she died today (May 3), of causes not yet disclosed.
I think GSN should do a Top 10 show of game shows with the best bonus games.
Pyramid would rank near the top. At least I think so.
I would have come up with that one sooner as well.
Indeed!
@danbarker39 Yes, she did...on the Davidson version.
@weatherdan882002 Thanks. I found that out shortly after I made my initial post.
But, if memory serves me, I believe he won $^50 his first show, so his total was $25,650
THINGS WITH CHEESE was tough
who gave the clues?
Wow. Michael J Fox looks so young here.
Toothpaste would have been good for "Things you put on with a brush."
... or even nail polish.
mascara too.
@Matto2t Don't count on it - GSN HATES the classics these days!
And that opened a niche for Buzzr network to fill.
@@SonnyBubba If Buzzr opts to buy the Stewart library...

Just saw something: Did Pyramid award $35K to the contestant if they won $10K and $25K or just $25K?
+Ninos Shaoul It is a grand total of $25,000 that can be won on each episode. Therefore, if $10,000 was won in the first Winner's Circle, then the second one would be worth an additional $15,000. If $750 was won in the first one, then the second would be worth an additional $24,250. Hope that clears everything up.
No. They only won $25k.
On this version, if a contestant won the $25,000 then whatever he won on the try for $10,000 is cancelled.
But that's not true on Michael Strahan's version. $50k the first time plus $100k the second time is a $150,000 win.
@@SonnyBubba thank god they cancelled the Strahan version. Embarrassing disrespectful crude language used by celebrities who had no idea how to play the game.
@RingtailStudios Breast Cancer.
