This isn’t a tutorial, its an add. It looks like you guys make a great leveling caster. But I don’t know if I want a leveling caster yet. What I don’t know is, how to I get this from stationary to mobile? Do I have to crawl? Do I have to twist a screw while I’m on the ground. It’s not obvious to a NOOB with leveling casters.

To adjust the leveling caster you do have to use your fingers or a small wrench and you turn the red lever either clockwise to lower the rubber foot pad or counter clock wise to retract the rubber foot pad to expose the wheel if you need to roll your equipment.

Yes correct, this video is just a short version explaining the features and benefits of leveling casters. If you don't want to use your fingers you may use a small wrench to adjust the red knobs as well.

@@CasterHQ Then title your video correctly, also once there is several hundred to a thousand+ pounds on them, good luck trying to adjust them with your fingers..
What roller size options do you have? How much weight is one roller designed for? I give you an idea - make the adjustment control from above, under the hexagon. So that you can use a screwdriver to adjust from the inside of the cabinet or table. Because the supports are against the wall or in the case when there are more than four supports, their adjustment is difficult. I am considering these supports for my carpenter's workbench, which is 3 meters long, weighs about 400 kg and quite often requires moving.
How difficult is it to lower the feet when the casters are under load? I'm looking at using the TP60F casters with a load of about 1200 lbs.
It's actually fairly easy. If you do have these fully loaded with the maximum capacity of the 4 casters it can be slightly more difficult but most applications don't use the full weight capacity of the casters. If it's too difficult to move the red lever with your fingers you can easily use a small wrench to move the lever as well.
So could I use this gor a foosball table on a slope garage, how do they work though?
I’m in need of something like this but is there a chance you’d make something with off road wheels? I’d like to transport a large box of equipment from place to place but I live in Michigan where the weather is awful in the winter.
Unfortunately there are no leveling casters that have off-road capable tires. Your best bet may be a pneumatic air filled tire / caster but you can not level those.
Im curious, how many inches will they adjust to? My floor is off quite a bit. Thanks.
So the leveling Casters adjust around 1/2" Up or down.
