    Hello Rachel, 🙋
I am a first year student in a Design college📖 in India. Ever since I got into design field I had this imposter syndrome😿. I always watched your videos and I used to think "wow. I wanna do all this too!".🥳
I started designing and sharing it to the world but I didn't got any clients😷. Then I started posting my designs into competitions and eventually won a few competitions☺. And finally clients started approaching me! 😄
When I earned my first money I was shaking😲! Because all the rejection I faced was scary to me. But it made me strong, very strong.😺
And I am incredibly happy to announce that recently I won a very amazing gig (💵). All thanks to you and your videos. You are a great inspiration to all the new designers who are getting in this field. 👏
I am looking forward to create a work life balance and pay my college tuition👨‍🎓. Everything is going great and I am growing both financially and mentally!
I hope you are having an amazing day too! Keep up the good work!😊

    Incredible and very well-thought out!
From just a quick glance, the original looks pretty good and functional, but there were in fact, many areas of improvement that can be exposed if you train yourself to develop a more critical eye for the user's experience.
As a casual viewer of design work (I'm not a designer), it's really refreshing and informative to see the before and after, as well as your thought process behind design decisions to flaws in the original that I never would've thought of.

To see your thought process in identifying areas of improvement from a real, existing design, and actually improving it has far more educational value for more intermediate level designers looking for more than just "here are some cool color palettes and fonts to play with". Option 2 is definitely my preference. Having the persistent images seems like a better experience to keep users enticed.

Love the redesign. 1h vs 3h ; isn’t that always how it goes?! Using accordions and the horizontal scroll are some of my favorites to organize the text.
Sigh, good up writing… it IS such an important skill and I’m lacking. Even just for the placeholder text that won’t go on the final site. Thx for showing us all the preliminary research that’s essential prior to beginning the design. That’s often skipped in How To videos.

Looks better than the original. Like others have said, Option 2 sacrifices a lot of screen real estate to images. If the client pushed for keeping the images on screen, you could scale it down on scrolling till the image width is about half the screen width and transition it into a horizontal scroll view with the other images. I do like the sticky CTA on the bottom, but with this much scrolling, there should be a "scroll-to-top" button available to the user. Standard practice is to put that towards the bottom-trailing portion of the screen, but with that taken by the CTA bar, maybe the top trailing? Either way, looks great. Nice work

Very nice redesign. Only three things cought my eye:
1 - scroll indicator and view holding current image of x number (i.e. 3/20) is there for the same purpose, I'd leave only one (most likely 3/20 cuz it looks clean)
2 - $73.00 NIGHT it's a bit unusual to see price shown like than, I'd add / to have it like "$73.00/ NIGHT", but I like that NIGHT is smallet font, I love to do that too!
3 - Bottom holder view that holds Book Now button is missing smth... text colors could be more clear maybe, top spacing for Book Now button feels too small and the background kinda out of context... Would put white background give top light shadow and instead of gray for NIGHT and date texts I'd do black.
But of course it's easy to comment me now :D overall all you're great! Love these redesign videos - Subscribed!
    Please keep it up!

I really love this, and the idea of the gallery images sticking to the top. But the issue is it takes up close to 30% of the real estate and maybe even more on smaller screens. I was thinking if, as the user scrolls up, the gallery height can also reduce by 10-15%? If the user has decided to scroll down for information, images become secondary priority. Something else which caught my eye was the very less padding between the top of the Book now button and the grey container.
Since you spoke about UX writing (and I noticed this on AirBnb), I might be a bit hesitant to click on Book Now - does it take me to payment page, summary? Also maybe the 'See all amenities' CTA can be text only or outline, since it seems to be on the same hierarchy of the 'Contact Customer support'. CTA. But overall a great refresh of the UI!

Please make more redesign videos, it’s very useful to a newbie uxui designer like me.

Just an idea - Can we make the image width shorter while scrolling down instead off showing the whole image. I feel in that way the focus will be on the text but there will also be the image visible on top. While scrolling down the majority of the screen should be given to the information part. Let me know your thought on this!
Oh btw I love your works

I like the first version of CTA (bg blue, rounded, sticky and buoyant) with option 1

Looks great. What are your guidelines for a good drop shadow (x,y,blur)? And, why you made you include customer support action because it doesn't match with your rationale you mentioned earlier on

This redesign is fantastic! I'm absolutely in love with it. Would you be kind enough to provide some guidelines regarding the sizing of various elements such as buttons, padding, font size, and anything related to building a UI system?
