    Nice video, but it doesn't have to happen in this way. SPSS is now at version 24, costing hundreds of $ per year. Why it can't get the simple stuff right? why still lacks critical functions?

      I agree that there are some things that should be in SPSS which still aren't, such as better support for computing effect sizes.

    I was wondering how to make a bar graph with error bars for a independent samples t test? Could you give me some advise please as I can not get it to work.

      silla mir: That should actually be much easier than this involved process. You should be able to put your IV on the X axis (make sure it's nominal), your DV on the Y axis, and then click Display error bars as shown at this point in the video (5:57)
