Hi! Indeed we used some workshop tool for the video, but nothing prevents you from building it your own way! You can always get the free plans to work on the cuts manually or with a jigsaw. You could also check if there is a fablab or collaborative workshop close to you where you could do the CNC cuts for better results! Sanding could be done by hand, and I'm pretty sure you have an electric screwdriver already. In the end it's all just you building your table with the tools available to you :)
This is not diy, this guy has all professional machines, tools & equipment.
