Blackwater Falls State Park Waterfall Davis, WV

This past weekend we were at the Blackwater Fall State Park and was given the OK by the Park Superintendent to shoot the Waterfall due to the record flows going over the falls. We have short 4K videos of the day before and the flows were just running over a few of the rocks, as you can see by this video is was at a stage that no one there can ever remember in the past. It was launched from the upper observation platform. The spray from the amount going over the falls went very high and you can see it getting on the camera lens from a high altitude so I stayed up high. This was shot with a DJI 3 Pro in 4K at 30 fps. The flow going over the fall would have looked much better in 60 fps. I did loose some sharpness when I rendered the video for upload but I think you can get the idea of the amount of flow.

Hello sir, I am hoping to visit this waterfall in about a month or so, is it a regularly flowing waterfall or does it need rain to flow ?
