Everything is WIP so it could change
I wish theyd talk more about the medieval reenactment group that has spanned the U.S. since the 1960s. Would be cool to see more nods to it in the lore.
They’re always open to adding to the mod and tweaking it. You can suggest it on their discord
as someone from Eastern PA, I can think of nothing more objectively horrifying than West PA having its own kingdom and culture like that
We’re coming for Yinz
Como panameño diré que los nombres y la culturas en el pais estan bien hecha todos los nombres eran panameños y los apellidos tambien y la religión de los indígenas me sorprendió
Fellow Yinzr! I love the Pittsburgh dialect is so goofy an charming
Love this mod for ck2 and it seems really good for ck 3 too
A great mod and team
Honestly, still waiting to get some funds so I can grab it during the current sale
But I’m having a hell of a time playing Iroquois in CK2. Honestly can’t wait to try it in CK3
It thrills me to see that Huntsville is its own state.
We love ATE!
THIS IS AN ATE HOUSEHOLD
So they take suggestions from people around the regions for the stories? This seems interesting...
They do indeed
12:22 based
Hopefully this mod will make it to Steam someday...
It’s planned for this year, so it will
I do wonder in after the end which language is the closest to present day English.
English has sort of become a Latin mother language so there’s dozens of sub languages in that family
@@Soul_Tomato but I mean like what English is linguistically closest to the original English language
Washington, peace be upon him, has commanded me to like this video
Glory to he on high
I love this mod. I really wish we got more outfits to go with it. Some with like gas masks, mad max style stuff, just a ton of options I could think of.
There will be more stuff but less mad max and more super future feudal
10:45 "pbuh" lmaooo
downloading this right now
Big question is, is there a lone monastery near denver ? And is there a state centered on texarkana ?
I think there’s references to a couple of the characters in game
Ah, a fellow Western Pennsylvanian; liking the video just for that.
Ty my friend
Is there a John Brown cult somewhere?
Like in West Virginia?
@@Soul_Tomatoidk
I know you're a ck3 channel, but you should really try out EU4's Anbennar mod, that mod is insaneeee
I’ve never played EU4
Fulano de Tal more closely translates to "Some dude" or "What's-His-Name"
Imagine having a leader or president of a country and his most notable title is Some Guy
Or it’s made up to make it look more legitimate
@@Soul_Tomato Yeah I did like the idea that it's made up. Still all the more funny
Huh, they changed the confederacy to be the commonwealth? I guess its bc its controversial? It used to be a direct reference to the american civil war + the HRE
I think it makes more sense as a commonwealth Tbf. A confederacy in this context would imply a breaking away to a lot of people when they see themselves as the true inheritors like the presidency. Or at least that’s how I interpret it.
Not really. The OG ATE Mod had the HCC as an empire then, too, but it also I corporated Southern Knights (a real Antebellum thing) and Dixie high culture a la "Gone With the Wind".
Even in the far future florida is still weird
As God intended
Soul is from Pittsburgh confirmed? I knew there was something I liked about you 😂
I confirm nothing 🤫
I'd love to see an rpg made from this setting
Basically fallout but after the apocalypse
So true
I wish they did more with "during the end"
“We know about the after but what about the before!” - Jerry Seinfeld
@@Soul_Tomato during the end mod was a submod that had you as a survivor faction right during the collapse and you could do stuff like adopt ideologies and save tech and infrastructure instead of purge it.
@@razakeldrukata6502 interesting. Reminds me of some of the fallout mods from back in the day like frost (?)
Alright….I’m interested. Just started as the Duke-Speaker of New York City, the Founders and God bless America and the Americanist faith
Bless the Founders!
@@Soul_Tomato and may the Founders bless you!
I really adored the world-building in After the End. My one and only criticism is that one would expect a ton of minority Sedevacantist provinces all across Central and South America instead its the North American Indians for some reason lol.
Yes, they already exist as the Particularist, Apostolic, Animist catholic churches
@@thepedrothethethe6151
In the original After The End all of Central and South America were native religions or pagan.
I mean more like there would naturally be people who have the same sort of Sedevacantism in these regions as there is in the North. Feels like a natural progression.
Although of course they having gotten beaten down by the new faiths rising in the region.
Plymouth Kennedy Worshippers r my go to
Not a bad move
you recommended two other videos in your channel explaining the in-game faiths, but I could only find 1 of them on your channel. Did you delete the other one? Im really curious about it.
The quantum one just hasn’t come out yet. Initially this one was going to come out later. That’s an error on my part
