THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am currently working on a Clients Wordpress site and I was using Safari on my MacBook and couldn’t figure out why I could see the changes but the changes weren’t public. I finally opened Chrome on my MacBook and followed the same steps and boom, it worked!!! 🙌🏾 🎉
What if you tried clearing the cache on your browser, tried a different device, and contacted your host to have the cache cleared on the back end and it's still not working? I've done so much research and tried just about everything. My problem is elementor updates are not saving in my wordpress. The only information I have found as a possible problem is I have too many edits between the editor and wordpress. Every video or source of information only tells me it can cause problems but none explain the fix. Is there any way you can help point me in the right direction, please?
Are you running the most recent version of Elementor? Have you tried changing your theme to test to see if the changes are visible? Any solutions for this?
hey kori when I update anything on my WordPress dashboard and I check changes in the same browser all things OK but when I check other devices or browser there show not any changes
Hi kori I created a website on local wordpress and tried to publish it online on hostinger through a plugin called prime mover. I can see the new website through my browser but if I open different browser or device I see the same welcome wordpress page pls help its getting on my nerves
Is there any "coming soon" feature on the theme or something that the plugin pushes live? I'm not familiar with that plugin. You may want to connect with Hostinger to see if they can view something different.
@@KoriAshton Hi after some back n forth I finally realise that chrome was outdated and was causing concerns and then I used it worked perfectly. Btw great video for folks
Hey Kori! I have a news website made with WordPress and my issue is that every new article i post updates on my laptop in realtime (i even have a clock on my main page and i can see that is updating in realtime), but on every other laptop or phone is updating like once a day. For example on the host laptop the hour is 10:16PM (the right one) and on another laptop the hour is 11:06 AM. It's kinda annoying because when I post news i want them to be instantly displayed on every device. I installed WP - Optimize and purged the cache and refreshed, but on my another laptop nothing changes even after 10 page refreshes. Can you help me with any advices?
It sounds like a cache issue. You may need to check with your hosting company to see if there's anything on their end delaying it. It might be a CDN issue too.
Hi Kori, Quick question please, When my customers click on my site they go directly to my Shop page. I would rather they go to my home page first and understand the product then got o shop page. I tried to change it by going to(settings) then to (reading) and changing the static page from shop page to home page but nothing changes. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
Hey y’all, Kori if I have a blog post in a specific category that has a very good ranking, and the. Decided to move it to another category, would that effects the ranking on google? Thank you so much.
EEEEKK! Yes - No touchy touchy! Don't move it. What I would suggest is doing a spin off of it and posting that in the new category then linking the two posts with text links - sort of upselling the other.
@@CR7UX This is good to see, but it could still potentially change things. Why do you want to move the category? Can you just add it to another instead of completely removing it?
Kori Ashton I’ll start writing about new things and I don’t have a specific category for it. I think I’ll give it a try if it’s doing well then I’ll create new category for it and move all the posts there. I just don’t want to mix up my categories with unrelated posts, at the same time I don’t want to bother and open a new category unless it’s working. Do you get my point?
Got it. Since it's not in the permalink - you might not experience as much of an SEO hit, but I would watch your analytics to see if you get even the smallest drop in traffic. This would be an interesting case study.
Hello - Did you log out and click refresh? Did you try to see the changes from a different device or browser? Were you able to dump the cache on your server?
I have this problem now I cleaned browser data + delete all caches ( Autoptimize + W3 total cache ) but nothing happened !!! the website does not show up all changes I am making ... when I'm connected to my WP admin I see the changes but when I log out from my WP admin I see nothing !!!. if you have any advice I will appreciate that because it is really frustrating ... Thanks in advance

Check the site on KProxy.com - it is a cache issue with your server most likely

If it's a CSS issue - you might want to reach out to the theme author to see if there's any way to consolidate CSS files.

Hey all my pages get updated but my mobile menu doesn't get updated in mobile it looks alright in pc but in my mobile menus are not getting updated
It's likely a cache issue or perhaps you have different mobile settings on your website. Can you review the site on someone else's phone as a test?
I tried in on others phone its the same do I clear my cache?
