Thank you for being this vulnerable here. The online world can be a pretty scary place to be in and putting yourself out there is admirable. Right now I'm going through some shit myself and I took note of these questions to ask me these things, so thank you for the idea as well.
I watched this on my ipad and last year’s on my phone at the same time so I could compare your answers and it’s crazy how much has changed and improved in the span of a year, can’t wait for next year’s interview :))

From what you went through with mental health like you're anxiety and depressed etc would you say therapy helps with eating, doing things and supporting you're please post a video about it to help others and what helps you please asap for everything else that struggling with it without meds
listen to your body and what it needs, eat properly, sleep properly, have time to yourself etc. :) i could make a video about it yes
