When you feel a sharp pain when having sex for the first time that eventually fades away, that's your hymen tearing. That is also the reason why you bleed. Some women describe it as holding in pee for super long and finally peeing but the feeling is 10 times better. Orgasms can be difficult to achieve if you don't feel comfortable. Also, majority of women can't orgasm just from pentrative sex, foreplay and communication is really helpful. Masturbation also can help you understand how to reach orgasm and what you like!
