Definitely getting these b/c these do look great & I want to support the Missing Link line. At this rate many of the desired characters will get the Missing Link treatment sooner or later.
I think it was 1984 and Cliffjumper was my very first transformer as a kid, I loved him so much, his head would flop down in robot mode and flop out in car mode and I played with it so much the chrome turned black but I loved it so much, also being my first transformer I was so biased toward him over bubble bee, never understood why bubble bee got all the love.
The diecast parts on the bottom of the cars were removed so that Takara could add a peg hole, it's a connection point for display stands, and a place to store their weapons.
You know Takara loves their good guys I'm willing to bet it's a hard decision on how to make the seekers. They are crazy awkward. Not only do they parts form but their legs are pretty much completely shins I think in concept, the black part that holds their wings are their thighs
They exist? Have never seen them on sale anywhere. Well I guess they are cute. I happy with Prime. If they make Soundwave and a seeker, I will be happy.
Ew, Masterpiece! These aren't masterpiece enough? I have a couple masterpiece equivalent videos that I plan on doing. I'll be honest with you, recently I've been feeling tired when I get home. The amount of effort it takes to do transformers reviews makes me Play Fortnite instead. The next masterpiece-ish review I do, I'm definitely going to be looking for your comment to make sure you watched it. 😉
While I love what they are doing with the missing link transformers.i never had an issue with my original g1 transformers.my child imagination took over and those memories are priceless
The only one of these I’d ever buy (I know it would never happen) is Jetfire/Skyfire. Because, let’s be honest, the G1 toys all looked terrible in bot mode lol.
Not all of them several of them had normal looking bodies but didn't have the articulation. Here's a list. Skids, Soundwave and his minions, Inferno, Grapple, jazz, and the Dachshunds, hoist looks almost identical with the cartoon because they finally used the toy design so that would translate to trailbreaker, blaster, perceptor, all of the dinobots. The insecticons, A ton of their figures to me had normal looking bodies but just didn't have elbows, knees or the ability to turn their heads. I wasn't even greedy when I was a kid. The ability to move the arms and hips outward I would have been nice but all I wanted was to be able to put them in a running pose lol
@ That’s all very true and I respect it. Personally tho, I still like the modern updates to the original designs, like how we’re getting with SS86 and the MP or 3P releases. But I do definitely get the appeal for those that want these.
Takara explained that they had to remove it to add the holes on their back, which is used to store their weapons in robot mode, and to attach flight stands for jumping poses.
The irony for that being the excuse is the hole is too big for a standard flight stand. Also I don't remember Optimus having one if that's what they care about.
Awesome little bots,, Nostalgia 😊.. Great Chill Review ✨️😎🍨

You might want to hurry up before they get expensive

Mostly because he was one of the first to appear on tv. But yes cliffjumper rocks
@@wrathfirex Bumblebee was a Volkswagen beetle which is very popular and has its own movie as Herbie the Love bug
An awesome video of two iconic Autobots!
Thank you again
@@TMan978 Great work!👍
Awesome!!! My missing link Bumblebee just shipped from Hobby Link Japan
Sweet
15:47 they look Perfect together
They're okay. Lol
Got mine pre-ordered. 2nd review I've seen so I'm guessing there about to be released at Bbts.
Good luck

After the next 2 announced (Sunstreaker & Cordon), we need a decepticon.

@ , Mussing Link Insecticons. $100 3-pack. Make it happen Takara!
Only g1 figure I got still new in packaging is seaspray
I don't have anything in the packaging because I like to touch them
Can you do some more toy hunts at Walmart?
can´t wait for megatron!
I hope you don't expire waiting

You've seen them here now
@TMan978
True dat.
Wonder how much they cost down under.
0:52 GASP! Why didn’t they do an O.G. bubble and card?
Because this is Takara Tomy only. They don't care about our United States nostalgia.
Because they were released by Takara in this type of packaging in Japan. The bubble on card was a Hasbro/Milton Bradley/Ceiji deal.
Good job trying to get the articulation on screen for these two, they are lower case teeny
@@UnkleKlumsy1353 not the tiniest but they are definitely small
Tman , what's up you don't do masterpiece reviews anymore ??

I like them but I don't need them. What I really want is that Sunstreaker.
I want all the things
Your wish came true.

Isn't that just delightful.
@TMan978 it is.....but I'm still going to buy these😁
Too expensive.. didn't bother
Porsche just does not want to give that license for Cliffjumper.
@@AMVH2012 it doesn't look like one anyway
Looks cool but not worth the price Takara and Hasbro are asking for.
@@peace4myheart You definitely have to want these to get them
This , pice just ain’t right for just one
Can they please become shelf-warmers? That's the price where I'd be down to get them.
Good luck
I disagree, it's worth the price to me.
I’m kinda bummed it wasn’t classic packaging.
@@caseymartinez1349 I think it's classic Japan packaging
It is classic style packaging. Bumble and Cliff were sold in boxes in Japan, not blister cards.

What the back lost its effing diecast. That sickening considering the price. Thanks for pointing it out
