that single cable steering is sketchy. anything over 50 w. a single cable you will be all over the place, but the bigger issue are the mounts. looks like yours are on their way out.

I just found your channel but don't know much about outboard motor boats. For top speed are 2 strokes better than 4 strokes? I know the engine you just installed is 90 HP, what is the HP of the engine you just replaced and how much faster do you think it will be?
Yes two strokes are faster and cheaper to keep running though a 4 stroke is more practical as it is quieter, uses less fuel, doesn’t need premixing but is more expensive to keep running with all of its filters and more complicated operating systems
With the other engine, the exhaust system is slightly different. with this one you can see where the exhaust gases are coming out! With the other engine, the exhaust gases come out above water when stationary and through the propeller channel when driving. But with your propeller, the exhaust gases go through the propeller blades with the thrust water Unfortunately, you didn't understand what I meant at the time
