When you say sugar, do you mean regular granulated sugar or condensed milk?
If condensed milk, do they combine both evaporated milk and condensed milk in kopi c?

What does “gatai” mean? It sounds like 加大，so I thought it means extra large, but the glass is the same size as the other.

it means add sugar, "dai" is sugar in Hokkien, a Chinese dialect that is commonly used here

What i really love in Singapore is this rich way of order a cup of coffee and i though France /Italy was confusing.... So when I am in Sg, i tend to just order "Kopi" I tried to order something which was "Kopi C Kai C" but i probably fucked up pronouncing. This is a Kopi which is half condense milk and half evaporated milk, How would you order that? Have you tried the Kopi O with a slap of butter inside ! So good !
