I do intermittent fasting to lose some weight. And as you said, for me it’s easier to skip breakfast because I’m not so hungry in the morning. And on the other hand, I get to enjoy two huge meals of over 1,000 calories which satisfies me even more. Also it gives me more freedom when going to restaurants (mostly in the evening) where I don’t have to keep an eye on the calories so much.

Aren't the benefits of intermittent fasting related to mitochondria uncoupling? Your body is able to be in full recovery mode when uncoupled.
