One of the top songs of Erroll! Bram - I wish I could play it so effortlessly! What I think after all the videos that I have seen: You come as close to Erroll as nobody else! Wonderful! I hear this all the time!
Nah sorry but left hand strumming technique comes nowhere near as close as Erroll's. This boy is just his kind of the present best at being himself under of course the influence/s of... Lol...
This is such a cool tune! I wish that someone recorded this with a hand held sound recorder, would've been nice to hear this with at least semi studio quality audio ;)
This was actually recorded with a very expensive camera. However, it's just bass and piano so don't expect to hear any drums (cymbals) in the high treble because there isn't any.....
@@swingbram Interesting! What kind of camera was it? It captured the bass quite well, I suspect the microphone was typical quality, I have a rather high end camcorder with an average mic, the video is where it's at ;) An honor to get a reply from you by the way, I'm a huge fan of your playing!
Love this song. You know they used this in an episode of The Orville (science fiction show)? I think McFarland is an Errol Garner fan. I have to say, your Tea for Two is like a painting. Do you ever tour the SE coast?
Hello Bram, after watching you and countless others of musicians such as erroll I’ve been inspired to start playing. But I don’t really know where to start, I know all the basic chords and notes, and have played classical pieces in the past. Could you please help me out a bit with any tips because I have no clue on how to start playing jazz. Thank you for posting these videos!
To start with jazz, chords progressions are key Next to that, you have to listen to Ragtime/Stride Piano and bebop in order to understand the available jazz piano techniques
@@KirbySweg Oh 😂 yeah I was curious to how many people play Erroll Garner's renditions Guess I'll continue with his renditions like Penthouse Serenade 😶 I'm also planning on uploading Lofi Hiphop piano tutorials in a couple of months but shh 🤫😂
とても 素敵ですね😀🎶

@@PiotrBarcz I would need to ask the bass player. It was his camera he used to record with. I remember it was like a $2000 camera or so...
@@swingbram Wow! That is expensive!
Aaaahhhh bellissimo !!! Ne hai altri in stile Garner? Bravissimo 😊👍
