This is why everyone should learn to do thing themselves and do it.
Did the person who did the oil change, drain the oil cooler? If not that would explain the dirty oil. I forget the exact amount but I believe the oiler cooler has about 1/2 quart oil in it. That also explains why it was a little over filled.
We are pretty sure that is what happened.
Of course they just argued once they did answer me.
