Great video just getting back into drifting. I only had an old nitro for fun, so I never fully got into it, but i love drifting. This was great to get me learning what does what and how to adjust. I really hope to visit you all down south Im in wyoming. Thanks again.
Well done! I especially like the point you made about driving it stock and not making changes to get a baseline, probably the most important thing to do when learning about how a car handles! 🤙
Definetly user friendly! I’m freaking loving it on the upgraded radio and gyro. It’s definetly a great starting platform and we will be digging into making it as competitive as possible in the coming months.
No drilling required, they lay inbetween the body and bucket on front, and then I wrapped them in a horseshoe shape for the rear buckets so they fill up top and bottom bezels.
Great start, really looking forward to seeing the progress. The RDS has quite a bit of bump steer, will you be tuning it out or utilizing it as an extra tool?
Not sure yet to be honest. I’m sure we will minimize it or try to but the first week covered a lot of ground. Maybe we can address it in a coming episode!
Redcat has better parts included for less money then you’d pay for the same parts from MsT. I’m a diehard for mst and I’m more impressed by the red cats performance
What if you got a “mystery wheel” type thing and wrote different amounts on it and used it to help determine what upgrades come next in the coming weeks. Anyways great video man can’t wait to see how it turns out!

Thank you cam! Looking forward to some solid laps tonight!
Well! thats unexpected! appears to run quite nicely out the box and with minimal tuning. Looks like a great entry level car!
Quite surprised with it Bob! I sure hope it becomes a staple in the drift world! Going to do what I can to be a part of making that happen!
Looking forward to the Podcast to get your take on the new chassis mixing up the drift world!
Another banger! I will be tuned into this series!
More to come! Thanks for tuning in and for the support John!
Great vid!!
Can’t wait to see the rest of this build I wanna buy one of these redcat rtrs but I’m also new to drift and wanna make sure it’s user friendly

Good to hear I’m excited to see where this leads and can’t wait to see a licensed body on jt
what led light kit was installed? the reflex kits are 5mm leds, did you drill out the body from its 3mm to fit?
“Scale reflex strips for lexan lights” is the name on their website. We sell them if you need some, also direct from scale reflex/super G, and Amain.

Can you add a link to the products you used? I can't seem to find those springs
Those springs have been on backorder since we made the video unfortunately. Get a set of soft 32mm tuning springs from MST
I'm in the market for a rtr for my son how does it compare to the new mst 2.5 rtr, I've heard the 2.5 is great right out of box

Gary, that’s a fantastic idea! Cheers sir!
When will you have the kit available for purchase?
Hoping to get a few into the shop this week!
What set up/alignment station is this?
If it’s purple it’s from integy. If it’s red it’s an old racing one from a friend, not sure on brand as it’s rubbed off.
What action camera is this?
Insta 360 go 2
Spring set part number? Will they be available on your website?
IS-001 SET integra spring by topline. Yes we will have them on the site tomorrow!
@@ScaleScience I'll keep an eye out for them!
