I just love the way you convey the story. Your narration, your voice and stunning macros are just too good of a combo to calm down to after work, I always watch your shows till the end even if I'm not interested in the watch itself. And my favourite one is this story about odd ducks in your collection, it's really interesting to see watches which no one else talks about plus you managed to add a personal touch explaining why they are important to you.
Great stories. I think out of all of them, I especially like the Akura story and watch, and actually the guy getting a job offer out of his failed attempt at starting a watch brand.
What a cool collection. While there aren’t many in there I would personally own, I really appreciate your aesthetic. Also, you can’t have too many red dials.
I've got no quirkiness from my collection (I'll leave it to you to be the Doug DeMuro of watch collectors I follow), but *wow* , you've got some humdingers there, and at least a few good stories to go with them, which seem almost as important. Thanks for this fascinating share.
Great video 👍 . Yes I've seen them all before, but it's still 🎉 to see such unique watches and hear the stories. You must have been gutted having to send that prototype to the other reviewer, it's nice karma that you were rewarded with that beautiful red version. By the way, I've searched for the original Great Wall, your review stuck in my mind, but I left it too late 😢
Loving the weird and quirky watches AND the stories that go with them. That Comet is amazing looking. I really like the Mr Jones monster too. Thanks for showing us these!
Absolutely love the Brew and the Mr. Jones watches!!! I am no great fan of Zelos, but everyone seems to love them... maybe my gripe is that it's hard to get a hold of the interesting pieces. The prototypes are worth keeping, specially if they didn't make it to production.
Love the Brew. Both a beer and the watch. The case reminds me of the Stratton Speziale which is another I am looking at. I have a Lobinni Interlaken with the micro-rotor. Lovely movement. Love the dial design and hands on the Akura.
Looking forward to watching this whole video later Shane. I'm intrigued to see what you have. Being an old stick in the mud with conservative watch tastes, I'm always on the lookout for something to bring me over to the dark side.😂
Damn Shane, you made me feel old (viewer...). I remember all of these, plus their stories. All great ones, for all unique pieces. Honestly enjoy mate, be well and try (yup, i echo your brain's logic!) to keep those that talk to your heart, like these here. Time to trim the collection, it's about time, right? Cheers.
Great video - some very cool watches there. Especially some of the prototypes... Love the Ikigai Kazan and Akura Wayfarer... so wish they had gone into production.
That was super fun and something different, I really enjoyed the variety! The Brew brand is on my list, maybe one day I will get one. I also have a Mr. Jones watch, it is one with an Orca as a minute hand and a jumping hour, I really like it, though it could be a bit bigger. The other watches I own I would call quirky are a Nove Modena which has supercar design elements, a Xeric Triptych wandering hours (rose gold tone and blue dial), a yellow dial MMI Turret Marine Chronograph and a CIGA Design Z-Series Titanium.
The number cruncher is a fun watch, same as the one featuring robots playing pinball, but at the time these and a lot of other models were not available, it seems they have restocked a lot. Apart from their watches the packaging itself is quite attractive.
My quirkiest watch is probably my Reverie Diver with the red dial and 12hr bezel. The case shape is just a bit odd. Also it being red makes it different.
Shame about the Comet Chrono gorgeous watch with a mix of Art Deco and Zodiac colors ... would be nice if they could retry taking the lessons you mentioned into the bargain. Maybe release 1-3 colorways then if successful another 1-3. The big boys do it that way ... even Rolex who are infamous for their "new releases" being just a new color variant or a new size.
Shane I’m considering the Brew watch shown, but am concerned about the sizing. I have a 7.25” wrist. Do you think it will wear too small? I didn’t catch your wrist size in the vid. Cheers!
My wrist is the same, 7.25". It's a little on the smaller side, but because of the square shape it wears a little larger. Overall though, I'm happy with how it wears.
Those are all very cool; although, definitely not as weird as I thought they would be. I thought you might break out a Rolex Polka Dot or something. Just kidding. Thanks for sharing!
@@RelativeTime Every single watch in your possession lol 😂. Your collection is far from generic, so it's always fun to see and hear the watches' stories 😊
I am here for the weird watches. Most watches are extremely boring and derivative. The weird ones may not be for everyone but at least they’re original.

Thanks! It's funny, even though I don't wear these as much I may be more attached to them than some of the watches in the first video.
I have a bronze Royale too, definitely a keeper!
The cool part is remembering all of the previous videos when you introduced us to this strange watch world that most can’t grasp. Awesome!
The Mr Jones monster jump hour is awesome 👌
Great stories. I think out of all of them, I especially like the Akura story and watch, and actually the guy getting a job offer out of his failed attempt at starting a watch brand.
That Zelos was COOL. It looks like one of those deep divers with the cage face plate. I love the bronze case.
Underrated content! Great storys, great watches. This is the "real enthusiast stuff" 😊
Much appreciated!
Good stuff
Very nice collection. I feel better now with my weirdo’s in my collection. Thanks!
What a cool collection. While there aren’t many in there I would personally own, I really appreciate your aesthetic. Also, you can’t have too many red dials.
The Akura is a gem. I think of it as the cornerstone of the funky side of Relative Time.
It kind of is.
Oh my gosh Sean please keep them all, marvelous pieces. I enjoy so much your video.
Thanks!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Comet. Love all the colourways! Shame it didn't make it. Great story about the brand owner too.
I bought the Vario Popeye jump hour after seeing it on your channel. I don't wear it all the time, but I do wear it.
Love this set and how you’re breaking up your SOTC. Very cool stuff, your macros are elite Shane
I really enjoyed this video. The watches are interesting and the stories with some of them were great too.
Glad you like them!

Yeah, with Zelos you kind of need to be in the know. Have to follow their Facebook page in order to know what's coming and when.
That's a really varied and interesting group of watches there.Enjoyed the video Shane, thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it

The Wayfarer probably isn't coming back, but the Kazan may in some form.

I was torn between the Number Cruncher or the one with the UFO chasing a pig. LOL they have some great watches.

Such a shame the Akura didn't make it over the line , i love that thing .

Fun fact: Mr. Jones's watch dials and disks are hand painted!
What is the spinning cone on your desk?
It's just a fidget spinner kind of thing. Saw a few online and thought they might make shots like that more interesting. Make it seem more real.
Any part 3?😊
Maybe, what would you like to see?
@@RelativeTime Every single watch in your possession lol 😂. Your collection is far from generic, so it's always fun to see and hear the watches' stories 😊
@@RelativeTimemaybe watches that you just can't seem to part with. ;)
The ikiga and Akura are very interesting and the Vostok is very much a daily that seems to have disappeared recently
These days it's harder to get Vostoks, and I've heard from a few channels they are hesitant to cover them now.
I heard the fresh prince theme when I saw that thumbnail
Eclectic yes. However, some of the stories behind some of the watches made the video.
I am pretty sure your tee is the first and only Vostok_X_BigLibowski reference to ever exist. I want one.
It really ties the room together.😁

These are quirky alright… …
I hate the Great Wall…intensely 😂
The second one any better?
I wish Mr. Jones would shorten his lugs.
Isn’t it pronounced “shy nola”?
Depending on your accent maybe.
I think you need to start a gun channel. 👍🤔
That would be fun, If I had a good range to go shoot and film it I would.
