We first saw Heart at the Orange County fair in the 70s. We were on vac from the midwest and didm't know of Heart yet. The lights came up and the band was mostly dressed in white and there were women onstage. My first thought was, oh might be a religious music night (it was the seventies after all). Ann started singing and I knew right away I had just stumbled onto one of the best voices/bands I would ever hear! Music is a big part of my life, I play multiple instruments, and I only say that to emphasize how often I have enjoyed hearing and playing Ann's music, Thank you so much for being such an inspiration for female musicians and for sharing your talent with us throughout the years!! Rock on!!
Beautiful cover !!!! your voice is AMAZING!!! And so healing !! it helped me when I was having horrible withdrawals after detoxing from my pain meds !!
Fabulous all the way around start to finish. Deeply sung by Ann, sweetly backed by the band (very nice work guys), melodically balanced to perfection. What a delight this is to hear. I look forward to it being on the movie. ♥
I read on Heart's 1987 tour they played the Blossom Center Summer 1987 then in Oct 1987 played the Richfield Coliseum a few miles away. The 2019 Blossom Center was packed.
This is Ann Wilson...my favorite female rock singer of all times.. Normally I'd go all gun-ho and say something like "How come?..No credits anywhere for Jon Anderson or Chris Squire?...or even a mention of Yes?" But..my take here is.. Everyone knows this song.. Everyone knows those guys...So.. ☺ I'm just gonna play it again and enjoy it...as much as I want...After all....... It's Ann Wilson...my favorite female rock singer of all times.. 😃
Well, I don't know when Ann and Nancy separated from each other, artistically or whatever, but all I know is that they got together ten years after they blew me away with their Barracuda, and graced us with an awesome concert Heart gave in Atlanta, at Six Flags Over Georgia, in the summer of '87! 😎 They sure rocked the park! That was my first visit to Six Flags. LOL
One of the best female voices....Sade is the best, then Pat Benetar, Stevie Nicks, Joplin, Beth Hart, and I would like to add that screaming a song is not singing a song.
I'm sure Ann Wilson has the blessing of YES to perform Your Move for everyone through RUclips. Not quite the version of Jon singing over Chris' bass, but I am a great and thankful fan of Ann (and Nancy's prowess)...definitive rock!!! 'nother story = I performed and played Desperado written by Glenn Frey and Don Henley of the EAGLES (and popularized by Linda Ronstadt - amazing voice) back in the 1970s. Folks, we are now entering the half century mark since its debut, correct? So, I was sitting on my couch in my pajamas, playing my cheap acoustic guitar (with plastic nut and bridge) and singing out my heart all the while recording the song on my cell phone. I uploaded to RUclips - only to be blocked. Why: it was a "recognized" melody. >>>Well I hope so!
The first time I watched this, I got hooked. Ann is my total musical influence and soul healer. I heard the men throw in those phenomenal backup vocals and I got goosebumps. Then focused on Ann and got goosebumps on top of my goosebumps. Thanks Ann FN Wilson. Love ya most!
Wow! Ann....AWESOME!!! Expect nothing less from you, but darling, you nailed this big-time...been a massive fan from the 'Dog & Butterfly' days right to 'Beautiful Broken'. As well as from 'Hope and Glory' to 'Whirlygig'.....you keep recording, singing, touring and I'll keep right on buying, listening, and to see you live.....Love ya!
Ann, LOVING your new project. Sorry I missed the gig in Seattle, but will DEFINITELY catch the next one! Keep this up, you are so in your zone, your happy is radiating.
I heard this in concert and I was just astonished to hear a Yes song from Heart. Confused me a tiny bit too because I couldn't remember where I knew the song from.
Take a straight and stronger course To the corner of your life Make the white queen run so fast She hasn't got time to make you a wife 'Cause it's time, it's time in time with your time And its news is captured For the queen to use! Move me on to any black square Use me anytime you want Just remember that the goal Is for us all to capture all we want (Move me on to any black square) Don't surround yourself with yourself Move on back two squares Send an instant karma to me Initial it with loving care (Don't surround yourself) 'Cause it's time, it's time in time with your time And its news is captured
Very nice rendition of this Yes song. As an acoustic guitar player and recording engineer, I'm a bit allergic to the "piezo sound" and there is a bit of this here. But apart from that, all thumbs up.
Big Yes fanatic here; lovely to see it covered so nicely.
As always, further proof that she can sing anything by anyone and make it her own
Very nice. Jon Anderson would be proud of the way she stayed true to the original Yes version. Her voice is well suited for this. Amazing!
I can't stop listening to this...everyday...multiple times a day. My husband and cats and now humming it too.
Best female singer ever to live.
So true
Great cover of the YES classic!
I swear, Ann is getting better with time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for still bringing love through song to us all.

This is fantastic. Ann Wilson feels this song so well. And I'm the biggest Yes fan there is. Great job!
This deserves far more likes. Come on. Really? Ann, we love you. This cover is the best!!!
Wow, Ann and her band are so good at picking songs. What a great choice, and lovely arrangement!
My most favorite of all voices❤
Ann Wilson does excellent cover songs! Almost better than the actual original singer!❤❤❤
This song introduced me to Yes. Your version is all about “loving care.” :’-)

Beautiful cover !!!! your voice is AMAZING!!! And so healing !! it helped me when I was having horrible withdrawals after detoxing from my pain meds !!
WOW..... She can do covers!!! I love her!

Cannot get enough of that song. Love her version...
What a beautiful and just rendition of this masterpiece. Lovely!!!

It sucks that Ann and Nancy are split. It's just not the same without both.

That was my first visit to Six Flags. LOL
This song makes my spine tingle every time I hear it.
best female voice ever..

merely yr opinion, which we are all entitled to. Like to see any of the singers you've listed match Ann singing note for note!!!
SADE is better, Ann screams her songs these days.....
Sade wishes she could belt 'em out like Ann Wilson does so effortlessly-
Very good, but IMO it was Karen Carpenter.
I shared a peace sign and a smile with you in Anderson, Indiana in 2014. It was a good moment. Ron Fingers and Sunshine 2.0
This makes me cry. I can't help it.
That was Amazing!!!!

A duet with Jon Anderson would go through the roof. Ann your voice is so beautiful and attacks the heart quickly. Take care of Ruby!
Amazing Yes-Cover...Very Good! Thank's!

Yes!!!! Yay Ann... thank you.
🙂🙌This makes me smile. 🙂
Always enjoy listening to that song no matter who does it.
I just ADORE this fabulous woman. She’s just not the same without Nancy harmonizing by her side. 😢
So nice!
You didn't sing this for NOLA why? Sure Would have loved to have heard this, it's beautiful!
Thanks friend for sharing this...I really love this!
Nice cover, well done.
Love to hear her sing!! She has such a great and pleasant voice to listen too.
Another good video
Great job. This is even better than the other version I heard
Que hermosa cancion!!
I love it, Ann Wilson!
Bridge of Sighs off of her new album is terrific also.
Outstanding!!!
Fantastic
I heard this in concert and I was just astonished to hear a Yes song from Heart. Confused me a tiny bit too because I couldn't remember where I knew the song from.
Sweet song
I love this!
Ann, we would love you to do more Yes music....

I very much prefer this version over the original. I never liked the song before it heard her sing it which seems odd, but true.
😻
She’s a beaty
@ 2:33 ❤❤❤❤
Very nice rendition of this Yes song. As an acoustic guitar player and recording engineer, I'm a bit allergic to the "piezo sound" and there is a bit of this here. But apart from that, all thumbs up.
MatsDagerlind The next sound setup I do will be my first, but what do you mean by piezo sound?
plz Give peace a chance.
The only part I don't like is "don't surround yourself WHICH yourself." She says it several times.
Heart were big fans of Led Zeppelin so it's not too surprising they would like Yes as well.
Technically, she only did “Your Move” and didn’t really touch “I’ve Seen All Good People.”
I think her version is better than the og
Oh Please! This is nice, but NOTHING can Compare to the Original YES version.
@NowForTheTruth As a hardcore Yes fan(and a moderate Heart fan) I actually think it's better than some live Yes versions(not all though).
YES In the Round was my 1st cincert.
Was expecting them to rock on into "All Good People" ... But alas no.
It's not "by" her; it's "performed by" her. Please credit the originally credited composers.
