Sir i own XL6 Alpha petrol driven 70000 + in 3.6 years, mostly on highways, rural roads, jungle roads and cities. The average in the city is 12-14 kn/per litre and on long run its 17-21 km/per litre, keeping RPM under control.
Owing this xl6 since 2 and half years have driven around 34000 ...perfect family car...comfort top notch...mileage in city 11 to 12 in highways between 14 to 16...A comlpete package...
Brother I own a XL6 CNG Zeta(the only model in CNG) since Aug 2023, I have driven it around 43000 KMs. I drive it for 250 KMs everyday. The experience is awesome. I myself drive to go my office. My staff always fight for sitting in the second row. It gives 25 Kms per KG comfortably when I drive between 80 to 110 KMPH. I chose it considering my practical needs. It suffice everything except lag in power sometimes when needed during overtaking. Rest all very good.

Abhi 10 din pehle iska delivery liya. Zeta CNG variant. Muze gadi CNG me hi leni thi aur shuruat maine Tigor CNG AMT se ki thi. Uske sath Maruti me Brezza aur Fronx dekh raha tha. Brezza CNG top model 14L tak ja raha tha. GV dikhti bhot badhiya hai lekin itni VFM nahi hai jitni XL6. Maine nahi socha tha ki XL6 lunga but ultimately, iska VFM quotient bhot jayada. Muze 14.5L me padi. Brezza ki against 1 additional seat, better boot space aur 1 star kam. 😅
It’s definitely a practical, cheap and easy on pocket car. The major drawback is safety and secondly the looks, and thats dealbreaker for me personally. I would go anytime for an Innova.
I have been using this car for the last 2 years and I can vouch that this is the best review of xl6 Sir has highlighted all good points and also the shortcomings( like only 4 Airbags). Undoubtedly this is one of the most value for money car.
Usually we are only 2 people in the car which car will you suggest? Still I am a long distance driver though I am 73 & my wife 70 years old but we are great 👍Travellers....

Bro, if you aren't worried about mileage, go for carens, I haven't seen enough space for adults in 3rd row under 20 lakh cars, carens is the only one. I am 5.10, and could comfortably sit in the 3rd row, that's not possible in other cars. Comfort and power wise also good, not as good as Innova though.

Brother I m having XL 6 from last 3 years. It gives only 11-12 kmpl whereas the company claims 17-18. They need to work on Suspension. Hybrid is of no use. 2 times I got battery changed. I m waiting for XL7

This is a good family car. Maruti should increase BHP of their 1.5 L engine to atleast 112.
