#Steranko #Comics #Top13
I've been working with comics for years currently have been working for a high end auction company for years in Schnecksville, PA, Steranko is a Reading, PA boy and I've sold all these comics numerous times except the Black And White. I actually very much agree with this list except I might switch a few issues around here and there but you got the majority chunk, so respect. All awesome. I even have a huge amount of his CinemaScene magazine copies in a current auctions. Rad stuff!
the open drink makes me nervous lol
Captain America 111 is a masterpiece
The great Steranko had many masterpieces and, you are correct, this is certainly one of them.
The Hulk Annual cover was modified by Marvel from Steranko's original vision. www.thedrawingsofsteranko.com/Ster_hmgs/ster_hulk1_.html

He did a great Spider-Man for Foom.
Many of Jim Steranko's covers were modified by Marvel negatively, especially the series of 15 covers he did in 1972-73. Here is a page comparing his original art with the modified art. www.thedrawingsofsteranko.com/covers/covers_hm_.html
I thought the only one that came out really badly was the last Fantastic Four cover with Omega. The previous FF issue came out well, but the modification was a "happy to glad" change with no real impact.
