- This is an environmental video PSA that encourages residents and users of watershed areas in Jamaica to protect the environment. Jamaica is prone to land slippage resulting from heavy rains primarily in the hurricane season. This PSA was commissioned by NEPA with funding from USAID. Owen "Blakka" Ellis stars in this music video style PSA. The film was produced by Marie Francis and Sheldon Davids, and directed by Gregory Lopez. The stunning cinematography was the work of Chis Browne.
