  • San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, is one of the best Cities in the World - Known for its history, cobblestone streets, and Spanish colonial-style architecture, including the Parroquia de San Miguel - a church inspired by Gothic cathedrals in Europe. Getting there is easy!
In this video - I will share my experience and recommendations for getting to San Miguel de Allende from Guanajuato's International Airport.

Hi Juan. Yes, Uber is an option from BJX to the bus station. Taking an Uber to San Miguel is an option too, but I recall it being $100+ per direction. Safe travels!

Hi Mike, great video! I'm going to SMA in March from Tijuana to BJX (Leon) I also watched your crossing the CBX video, great info. Did you fly nonstop on Volaris or Viva Aerobus? I've heard AeroMexico is more reliable but I'd have to go through Mexico City, would rather not! Any info is appreciated! I'm fluent in Spanish. Do we go through customs in CBX or BJX?
    Gracias!

Glad you found the video helpful! I flew with Volaris and had no problems with them. Once crossing CBX you will go through Mexican Customs once you enter the Tijuana International Airport. Talk soon!

I just got back from SMA. I went for my nephews wedding. It was 8 of us. We flew from TJ to Leon. In Leon we took a shuttle from BJX to our Airbnb. We used Bajiogo shuttle. I recommend. Why this guy didn’t mention them I have no idea.

@@saullopez9316 I think we paid $25.00 each person each way so $50.00 each. I just peeked at the website and it seems the price went up. I went in March 2023.

I wish this guy would speak more naturally. Also, he gives terrible advice. As a resident of San Miguel, I can tell you that there are many good ways to get into town and his suggestion is not one of them. There are several transfer services from San Miguel that will pick you up and drive you to your destination at a very reasonable price. Your hotel can give you good suggestions. if you contact them.
