Been playing this game for years, my garage is littered with half made cars where blueprints are unavailable, make all cars blueprints obtainable, I don’t mind racing for them but when you cannot get them what is the point of trying to build a car!
rivals is your friend in this. just focus on upgrading all the cars that have either replayable racers or are able to be built with scraps. itll allow you to reach the rival tier with no problem and get other car bps. i had a similar issue like you until i did this
